What HC is most similar to Pyramids? Need strength w/out!

Hi there gals. I just recvd my HC series today (yipppppeeeee) and only had time to preview a few before my hubby kicked me off w/his new valentine present (GameCube car game I got him).

Wondering if those of you who have had the HC series for longer can I can tell me which is the best strength tape? I do Body For Life and have used the pyramids more times than I could ever count. I am hoping I can tweak one of the HC workouts to work with body for life somehow???

I can't speak for anybody else, but the GS workouts will be replacing my Pyramids for a while! I just love them!
