ACK! I went nuts...I just bought the whole Cathe DVD collection! Not only that...but a step and a barbell...wait it doesn't stop there...I just ran out and bought a DVD player! Well, that was an easy $800 spent in a flash! I hope I have it out of my system! LOL!

OOOHHHHH---How fun is that!!!---Im sure you will LOVE your Cathe tapes, Ive never regreted buying a single one, and I just added the barbell not long ago, and I can tell a very big diff. with it versus using dumbells for all the exercises.

When you think about it, $800.00 does sound like alot, but much less than the medical bills for being unhealthly, so you have possibly saved yourself a ton of money by doing good things for your health!!

I have been looking at Cathe's videos over and over for the past month now. Every time I think I know which one to get...I change my mind! Everyone has a different opinion on what is the best. I love lifting weights and step aerobics. Those are my 2 favorite exercises. I only have 2 or 3 good videos that I have been doing on and off for years now. But how boring is that? I can't stand doing a video where the instructor doesn't cue. Cathe has a good reputation for being a good cu'er. I know that kinda sounds crazy, but its important to me. I already have a step and a barbell...but after watching the previews, neither will work. My current step is way too small and my barbell is 45lbs alone. Plus its like 6ft long or something. My whole basement is turning into a gym! I love it though! The only 2 things left that I want is a roman chair and a couple pairs of higher weighted dumbells. I only have up to 15lbs right now. Of course, these won't be used for any of Cathe's videos! I am excited!

You're off to an awesome start, Kelly. If you love step and strength, you are in for a treat! Cathe is THE BEST! I envy you, getting to first preview, then try each video. You are gonna have a ball!

Kelly: WAY TO GO!!! I did the same thing last August and have not regretted it one bit! I'm now 40 pounds lighter and MUCH healthier. All I can say is
