What exercise makes you MAD?

Oh, what a great post... Hmmm. Do I have to narrow it down to one? Well, I don't think I could..

For starters, the push ups on the ball, the push ups that come after the bomb diver pushup things, the bicep curls with the band and barbell, and low pulse lunges. My upper body is obviously my weakest part, so any type of push ups really work me good. The first time I did GS Chest and Triceps I think I was going to die after all of those push ups. Amazingly, I can now do sets 16, 14, and 12 without collapsing (LOL).

Anything that has the word power in it - power scissors, power lunges. I HATE the hammer punch lunges in B&G. Plyo jacks, airborne jacks and tuck jumps I cannot do no matter how hard I try. There's probably a ton more, but that's enough for now!;-)
 
The only thing that makes me mad are the uncued, crazy step sequences. HATE them!! Which foot, dammit?!?!? Left? Right? Now what are you doing? Argh!!! I avoid at all costs, otherwise the DVD will become nothing but a shiny frisbee!
All of the other stuff I just grin and bear.
 
With Cathe, that's not a problem. Her cuing is so damn good you can do her tapes blindfolded. lol

Or at least not have to look at the tv. ;)
