What does "DOMS" mean?

That is exacty what it is

Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness, and it usually does not occur exactly after your workout but perhaps a day or two later.
 
What it actually means...

What DOMS really means: It means you hurt when you squat down, when you get up, when you get out of bed, when you reach for something, when you lean over.... :D

Ow, ow, ow! (Feeling a bit of that myself these days!)
