I was thinking about ordering Cross Train Xpress-All Step on vhs, I just cant pass up all the great deals. But I was wondering if its fun and challenging?
 
Oh, it is a great series, I would definately get it, and I do find it challenging. You can do them on a daily basis (6 days in a row with Sunday off), or seperate. I find myself reaching for them alot now when I have just finished a weight workout and want a little cardio. Also, if I know I am going to have a tight week, I will do the whole series. You will really enjoy them. Alicia
 
Definitely get it! Xpress Leaner Legs is my favorite Cathe leg workout. The cardio segments are intense and if they're too short you can always do 2 cardio segments on the same day. I really enjoy the variety in Cross Train Xpress.
 
I got cross train xpress-all step with my step. When I first tried it I was new to stepping and after a few minutes I said, forget it I can't do this, but I brought it out a few months later and tried harder and got it. It's not the most challenging choreography that Cathe has, but I think it is challenging and fun. It has a good ab workout at the end too.
