what do you eat??

Hi Cathe! I'm just wondering what you eat to fuel your body for your awesome workouts!! can you break it down for me calorie by calorie?? (J/K) also how do you feel about coffee and wine?? I am rooting for a speedy recovery for you and hope you get well soon...:)

I actually don't offer diet plans on the forums but encourage you to contact a local registered dietician in your area to help you find the right fuel combination to compliment your workout style. You will get personal attention and a customized plan this way.

I enjoy a cup of coffee per day as well as an occasional glass of wine. While experts go back and forth constantly as to the pro's and cons of having these items, I have them simply because I enjoy them in moderation.

What about potato chips? I LOVE THEM!!!:9

But recently I had a horrible stomach virus and now I can't put a chip in my mouth ~ lo and behold, my tummy has flatten out. :( Which is a good thing, of course, but now, everytime I look at my bag of Lay's in the closet, I pout!! I've also decreased my coffee and wine intake.

That virus really put me on a "healthy" eating path, one I had fallen off of once I started getting in shape. I guess I took for granted that even tho I exercise 5-6 days per week, these certain pleasures (chips, wine, coffee) can still pack on the pounds or at least puff up the tummy!
