WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

HELP!

I have 3 weeks left in STS and I'm having a mini-panic attack! I've had such a good 6 months with my workouts all planned out that I'm scared to finish! I have GOT to come up with a new rotation for after, so I have 4 weeks to do that. Not sure which way I want to go yet, though - circuit, strength, endurance, blah, blah . . . I don't need to start my 10K training for a while, so any recommendations would be great!

I don't have Shock Cardio yet and won't be able to invest in that for a little while yet, so I can't do any rotations that include SC in them.

Anything else you can recommend would be great!

The past couple of months i've been following cathe's monthly rotations and have really been enjoying them. Maybe you should print off a few of the rotations that Cathe created. If there are workouts on them that you don't own, just cross out and replace with something similar :)
