What Did You Eat For Breakfast Today?

We used to do these threads probably a year ago and then it dwindled out. But the thread about...'Does It Start With Us'...reminded me of it so let's just see what everyone on the forum is eating.

Me...I had a heated up Turkey meatball(made with turkey breast, spinach and cheese) and a broiled tomato. Glass of water and 3 cups of tea (black)...four counting the one I'm sipping now. It's my only vice!

I don't generally stick to the traditional breakfast foods as I get bored with eating the same thing over and over. My kids also had the same thing only with yogurt (plain, unsweetened) and strawberries.

I'll have the yogurt and fruit later. I don't eat fruit before I workout.
 
I had a cup of coffee and a bowl of banana nut fiber cereal (the brand escapes me) with 1 percent milk. Oh, and a Hershey's kiss I found in my fridge :D

Started with a cup of black coffee and a Balance bar. After one hour of pilates I had a big red grapefruit cut up in a company of one kiwi, a few walnuts and a little fat free kefir. YUM.
 
Oatmeal and three eggs turned into an omelet with green peppers and onions. Now I am eating tunafish...oh, yummy! (being sarcastic...fish is not my fav)

Turboz with 1% milk, cranberry tea, and the crusts I cut off of my daughter's honey & peanut butter on whole wheat sandwich.

oatmeal with cinnamon, raisins, almond extract, and vanilla soy milk

Oh, and a Diet Coke, but only wash down my vitamin :9
 
Oatmeal, a TBS. of PB and a half of a banana all mixed together! Yuuum! Oh & coffee with nonfat creamer.

Steel cut oats with chopped apple, walnuts, and cinnamon, 2 small links of chicken breakfast sausage, a cup of black coffee, a can of V8, and a glass of water. I will not have a morning snack because I found that a morning snack just doesn't work for me, but I'll have lunch around noon, and an afternoon snack at about 4.

Cheerios with a banana, low-fat milk. And coffee, of course!

I will have a yogurt shortly and then I'll be working out.

I had protein pudding with Grape-Nuts mixed in. I only had it because I'm out of protein powder right now and needed something quick and full of protein.
 
Old fashioned oatmeal with 1 scoop of protein powder and some sugarfree syrup. I'm pretty consistant with breakfast. Some weeks I eat oatbran in place of oatmeal.
