What Cathe Workout would you do?

If you have taken about 18 months for to do other things? I have STS strength and cardio plus many of the older and great ones too.

Hey JT : ) I'd be inclined to reach for good old 'Cardio and Weights'. It's moderate in intensity but gets it all in. I'll always be a step lover so, for me, it has that fun factor to get me back in the game! Good for you for getting back to it!

When I have gotten off track or taken too much time away to be at my usual fitness level I pull out one of the series such as 4DS, CTX, Body Blast, etc, so I have a full "rotation" set for the week and can get back into it slowly while hitting all areas for weights and cardios.

If I've just been off a little here and there I also like the Terminator or another circuit style, like C&W that was just mentioned.
 
well, my first day I did about half of Low Max. Next, I plan to do part of 4DS for kickboxing then C&W. The DOMS will start early.
 
For me it would be doing one of the workouts that is my favorite or just absolutely fun.......great music.....Rhythmic Step, Body Max ...even with if I just do a premix version or part of the video. Then it would be my PUB....down only premix until I got back into things.
 
My problem was I got rid of all my intermediate workouts like Gin Miller or Keli Roberts. My last workout was MMA-Boxing at Christmas. The refocus to workout and other things will take time. thanks for the great ideas.
 
Yes it has 'Buttercup' on the last step segment. Good thing/bad thing depending on your taste in music. I'm pretty 'meh' on that song but I love the choreography.

My 'go to' when I feel I need to step it up again is to do IMAX 2 all the way through and then jump over to Cardio & Weights, weights only ,plus abs.
Really good total body work out. Otherwise, Bootcamp is an awesome total body work out. I love the fact that it's exactly an hour !

Others I fell in love with are: IMAX3, Bodymax 2, & KPC-Cardio Conditioning premix plus legs with ankle weights from L&G. I know,,,so many awesome work outs, so hard to choose !
 
I don't believe I could handle IMAX 3 after a two year break. I love that one when I can do it. Step, jump & pump is a good one too.
 
Check out Cathe's June rotation. It helped me get back into the swing of things after being sick for a month. It was really fun!
