What can I use...

Cathlete
in place of Hard Core Extreme/Interval Blast with Legs
premix? I'm doing Cathe's April '07 rotation, and I don't
have HCE. I also do not have the Pyramid workouts; should I
use a mixture of the Gym Styles for Pyramid substitutions?
I have almost every other workout of Cathe's except for HCE
and Pyramids. Thanks for your advice.

Valerie,
You can make your own HCE workout if you don't mind switching out DVD's. That particular workout is just the w/u and step and interval blasts 5,6,7 from Imax 3, then the first 5 blasts from Kick Max Blast Challenge, then step and interval blasts 8,9,10 from Imax 3, the last 5 blasts from KM Blast Challenge and then the leg sculpting drills from KM and the KM Stretch.
If you don't want to switch out the DVD's you could always do all the Imax 3 stuff listed and then all the KM stuff listed and it would be just fine.

As for the Pyramids the Gymstyles would work fine.
