The ab segment is standard crunches, oblique work, and lower ab crunches. It is a short but intense segment, similar to Leaner Legs or Body Max's ab sections. Either of those would work fine. FYI, Cathe does have her feet up on an 8" step during the PS ab segment. The PLB floorwork could easily be used instead of the PS floorwork. I cannot comment on the floorwork in the Body Blast series as I haven't seen these yet - but I am excitedly waiting for the DVDs! HTH!
