What are your weekend workout plans?

I love hearing everybody's workout plans.

Me? Tomorrow, I have HIIT and will do either an iTreas sprint workout or the LIC cardio premix, plus Core Max. Sunday is Upper body.

Tomorrow will be 4DS Bootcamp, then GS BSB, then some sort of core -- probably from 4DS.

Sunday is restMAX, maybe some walking and stretchMAX!
 
Me...

Saturday ~ Running at least 6 miles. Joining my training buddies who are running 15. Then riding my bike to a rally at our favorite local state park that our dumb governor is trying to close. :mad:

Sunday ~ An hour or so bike ride.
 
I kicked my own butt today with my workouts so I'm not sure about the weekend. I'm thinking Sat. will be KPC/L&G 82 minute circuit premix and I have no idea about Sunday.

If today counts, I did S&H Back, Shoulders and Biceps this morning and then tonight I did Step Blast, iTread 27 drills (35 minutes), and abs from S&H Back and Bi's.
 
Today I did all of Boot Camp and Higher Intensity Step from 4DS. (I thought I only wanted 30 minutes of cardio, but then I got through Boot Camp and I was so pumped I just went right on to the step workout...because Cathe is fun). I threw in the abs from the 4DS Kickbox.

Tomorrow: some sort of total body weight workout plus a short little run with the dogs. I'm thinkin' MM or ME?

Sunday: I think some kickboxing is in order. Probably KPC. Maybe the 4DS Kickbox followed by Kicking and Punching drills from KM? I'll decide when I get there.

I like saving up all my hardest and longest workouts for the weekends! I look forward to them all week!
 
Anybody have any advice as to what work out I could do tomorrow and Sunday? This week I haven't worked out at all due to not having electric and the week before I was just getting back to working out after being out of town due to a death in the family. I'm sure whatever I do, it'll kick my arse, so I'd like to do an "easier" work out from Cathe. If there is such a thing. :eek:

Wow, Jennie, sorry to hear about the power being out and the death in the family. That's a lot to deal with in one week!

Maybe do some kind of circuit workout, so you feel like you get both some cardio and weights in? Then maybe some Stretch Max to ease the stress out? (I didn't check your profile to see what DVDs you have, sorry!)

My toddler was sick for a few days this week and I was up all night for two nights straight, therefore my 5AM workouts were shot. I hit it with Boot Camp this morning. Not easy--heck, this is the seond time I've done it, period--but I felt like it jump started everything for me this morning. :)

Oops, editing to add my plans for the weekend! :) I hope to do Kick Max or a 4DS HIS tomorrow; ME on Sunday.
