What are your weekend workout plans?

Friday--GS BSB, C&W abs
Saturday--1 hour hike on treadmill+GS legs TS #1
Sunday--rest
 
Saturday is upper body training with my trainer
Sunday is some sort of low impact/high intensity step routine
 
Saturday is supposed to be 4DS HIS. My orthopedic dude told me today I had to give up stepping but I'm going to go ahead and do it for a last big step hoorah before I go down to using a MatStep. Then I think Sunday is a rest day, though I might do some yoga.

Wishes she could sneak off with Beavs and have a few cocktails ((hugs))) to Beavs....but alas, has started a new rigorous program that does not include cavorting around, cocktail(s) in hand(s)!:7 only much cardio, much protein,water and much sleep I think.;)
