What are your favorite "Cathe-isms"

I about forgot that quote. Might be a clue I need to do this workout again really soon.
I remember having such fun doing that athletic step. It goes on and on without any down time till the end. I need to pull that one out too. I have loved low impact challenge too despite the intricate choreography. LIS Series
