Due to marathon training I've needed to bypass any other high impact cardio than running so I'll have to say my current faves are the three gym styles.
I've been working it hard and really liking the results I'm getting. I can do all of the drop set pushups on my toes and can match Cathe in all the weight with the exception of GS Legs cause I'm doing freestyle. The other day a friend grabbed my shoulder to get my attention and said "Oh my gosh, feel those muscles!". Motivating feedback all around indeed!

3. All the oldies I've been rediscovering lately: BM, MIC, IM, MIS, CK, Circuit Max. (Sorry but I couldn't pick just one oldie. I've been enjoying them way too much)
