What are you going to do tomorrow ?

I have thought to do tomorrow a maraton day using only cathe workouts.I want to celebrate the start of the filming of hardcore the best way I can imagine: working out. I want to do IMAX 2 , Bootcamp etc. What are you going to do tomorrow?What workouts are you going to do?. If somebody want to do a cathe maraton with me everybody is welcome

Hi Stayfit - Wish I could do a marathon but I usually keep workouts from 50 minutes to an hour on weekdays. No time since I workout after work and have to make dinner, clean up and relax a little. However this weekend I will be doing KPC and pyramid up (Saturday) and IMAX 1 and Legs & Glutes (Sunday).

Yup - I'm in the same boat. I can't do workouts that are too long. Last night my family ended up eating whatever we could find in the refrigerator because my workout was too long.
 
LOL! That sounds like my house some mornings, Donna. My poor 4 year old sometimes goes off to daycare with a sad-looking pony tail because Daddy has to do it, since Mommy is still doing crunches.

I WISH I could do a Cathe Marathon tomorrow, but I can't because.......well....ah........one workout session wipes me out. To do the entire Intensity Series, for example, would require bionic implants, which I don't have time to install this evening.

Ditto here--my Thursday workout is before work so I'm up pretty early to do a step tape. Haven't decided which one yet. Maybe Step Heat b/c it's been a while since I've done it. Or Step Works. Or Rhythmic Step.

Ah hell I don't know, maybe I'll just close my eyes & pick something. :p
 
i'm actually going easy the next two mornings.. i did the gauntlet today :* and now i have to go easy the rest of the week cuz i have a metric century on the bike saturday morning.. don't want to fry my legs (or my upper body) so that i don't do well on the ride!

sometimes it's hard figuring out my workouts around my cycling!
 
Stayfit, that's a very cool idea, and I would love to join you, but I'm going back to work tomorrow. My short vacation is over today!! Tuesday and Thursday mornings I drive my daughter to school for Stage Band practice - she has to be there at 7:00 AM!! (YIKES!!) Which means for me to workout and get her and myself ready in the mornings, I'm up at 4:30 by the latest!! Then, after school tomorrow I have to pick her up from a Student Council meeting, and by the time I get home, it's all I can do to make dinner - LOL!!

Well, my plan for tomorrwo is to do L&G & PUB. Now I've never done these two together and I'm not sure if I'll make it. So if you all will give me some encouragement, hopefully I'll be successful!!

I'll be doing Leaner Legs, then a free-form shoulder workout that Cathe posted somewhere on this forum.

I have printed it out, but no longer have an electronic copy. It takes about 20 minutes, many many many many sets.
 
Mogambo, I have that workout printed out too...it rocks!

Mariángeles, I have my day off tomorrow, so I'll be happy to join you! I can't think of a better way to spend the day. I'll be doing S&H L&S, because it's in my rotation for tomorrow, & I have to do at least an hour of cardio for same reason. Beyond that, I'm open! Do you have any recommendations, keeping in mind I'll probably have to lay on the floor in a puddle for awhile after my other workouts.;-)

I'm afraid I don't have the beloved Gauntlet. I'm afraid if I buy it, I'll have to do it! Seriously, I intend to get it soon. Meanwhile, I have every other workout Cathe has ever put on tape or DVD, including the out of print ones. Ooops...don't have Ab DVD either, but really want it.

Stayfit, that is such an awesome idea:7 !! I wish I could join you but unfortunately I have to workx( ! How else am I going to pay for all the Cathe workouts I want to add to my collection}( LOL!!

I am thinking of doing either BC in it's entirety or the 82 minute premix of KPC/LG plus PUB pyramid up premix.....and of course check the forums a billion times to get a glimpse of those long awaited pictures:7 :+ :D !!!
 
There's so much on the agenda today, I'll be lucky if i can squeeze in Cardio & Weights or CTX upper body split!

I have a marathon of errands to run and appointments to keep today.
