What are you doing instead of running?

The Nov 06 rotation has a lot of running in it, which I don't do. If you are like me - what are you subbing for all the running?

I usually sub step for running, but there's a lot of step in the new series, so I would suggest kickboxing...
 
I tried to run about 6 months ago for the first time in about 10 years and shortly after started getting heel pain :( So I sub my eliptical machine <3
 
I always sub a hi/lo depending on how much step is in the rotation. If I were doing this one, I would definitely be subbing hi/lo cardio.
 
A strong walk is good for you, and it's easy on the joints! I especially love walks with my friends...we get outside, motivate each other and solve the world's problems!

If you can get on a treadmill, set the incline as high as it can go, and the speed at a medium pace.

I've subbed this for running because my back can't take the impact. It's every bit as good of a cardio workout (with the incline) as running. Great for your butt and hammies too!
