What am I missing in the Cathe's Time Saver #5?

Hello ladies!!! I hope you are having a great weekend!!! I am

I have the Time Saver DVD and I totally LOVE the workout #5 that has parts of Legs and Glutes and other DVD.... What exercises am i missing from Legs & glutes in the time saver???? I love that workout #5... I think is awesome and the music ROCKS!!!! so I wonder if I should get Legs and glutes?

Hi Carla,

You're missing:

Drop Squats
Explosive Plie Squats
Calf Raises
One Legged Deadlifts
Plie Squats (3rd set)
Sculpting Drills
Explosive Lunges

But the *bonus* material that is on the TS, but not on LG are the following:

Kickbutt Lunges (right side)
One Legged Squats (right side)
Kickbutt Lunges (left side)
One Legged Squats (left side)

Plus, from *SJP* you also have on the TS:
Barbell squats
Abs
Planks
Stretch

So there you have it. Both workouts are similar length, just a few things added and removed. I love the fact that LG has no barbell squats in it at all. You don't use a barbell except as a balance tool for the calf raises. Whether you consider these differences enough to encourage you to purchase LG is for you to decide. But consider this: if you buy the LG/KPC dvd, you get some awesome premixes of the two workouts together. They are a match made in heaven.

I love L&G. It's challenging and fun. And the fact that KPC is on the same DVD as well as lots of great premixes, you won't be disappointed.

Thank you all for your replies.... I may get L&G in VHS....... I really really enjoy the TS premix #5... i can't get enough :)
