I did Kick, Punch and Crunch and Basic Steps yesterday immediately after receiving the step and dvds from the post.
What a fun workout it was. Where have I been all this while? I should have gotten Cathe's exercise dvds all these years. I have done many execise programmes with dvds before but none as fun as this. Steps workout was never my favourite and I would never ever try it again after my last attempt at it. I am glad I took it up after reading all the favourable comments in this forum. It was fun, fun, fun all the way. Basic Steps is really godsend to people like me who really have no liking for step workout. The kicking exercises are fantastic. I did lots of Taebo but Kick, Punch and Crunch too me to another level of enjoyment. I can't seemed to get enough of it.
Now I can't wait to master the step workout and try out the rest of the dvds especially the strength workout. They look awesome and complete.
