^^We're MELTING on Monday!^^

Hi, I'm back,

It sure was quiet here this weekend.. many plans I assume and I read a lot about cleaningx( .

Today I did an I-Tread and the abs from Dance Fit.

Leanne:
How are things on the homefront with BIL? getting any better? Did you and DH have that "conversation"?

Lainie:
Is the July 4th party at your house a tradition? who all is invited? what do you have? The braces situation should be better soon.

Kara:
so sorry about the house situation and how lucky that DD smelled that burning outlet!

BreckGirl:
WELCOME..thanks for telling us a little about yourself..where do you live?..Keegan is a Wire Fox Terrier..or "terror" as we say..

Robin:
^^^ Cudos to you on the melting!

Shelly:
Dang that Aunt Flo..doesn't she know that she is the "guest from Hell"..

Tneah:
Are you home? tell us all about the wedding and post pics! ( of you and your DH of course!)

Have a great day!

Deb:)

Morning Deb. Every time I look out my back window and see another rabbit, I think of you. DH says we need a "terror" to take care of the bunnies. They have wiped out my green bean crop!

My picnic ended up inside, but was good. We had some pretty heavy rain. I was hoping we could built a fire and do smores for dessert, but everyone had to settle for blueberry pie or brownie sundaes. Today I'm hoping to do In the Ring when I get home from work.

Happy Monday, all you Melters -

I guess I'd better go check and see what happened over the weekend. I hope everyone had a good one.

Deb - does Keegan let you sleep in on weekends?

Shelley - how's the vacation going?

Leanne - what did the BIL think of Imax 3? }(

Robin - is today the official start of your Melting?

BreckGirl - hi... I'm off to find out all about you! Welcome.

Tneah - how was Florida?

Kara - uh-oh. A burning outlet???? Poor you!

Lanie - we're having a 4th of July party too!

My weekend was very nice, and I got to enjoy a mellow, rainy Saturday. I sure wasn't expecting that. Sunday was pretty neat too - hot and sunny, but not oppressively hot. It actually felt like the end of September, when summer isn't quite over, but you can feel fall trying to creep in. The wind was awesome and exhilarating! I took a nice long walk after I got everything else done.

Good morning!

I'm sorry I wasn't around this weekend. I didn't mean to bail on my fellow melters. :(

BUT GUESS WHAT?!?!?!?! I wasn't around because I was doing things!! Yes, that's right. ME! I had a social life!!! I was busy!!! So exciting. It was a really, really nice weekend.

I haven't even read up on the weekend's posts. I'll do that now and then come back with personals. I hope everyone is having a wonderful morning!!

Tneah--are you back? I missed you!

Allison

Good morning, everyone!

Yes, it was definitely quiet around here all weekend long!

Deb -- Thanks for asking, but DH and I haven't really talked in depth about the BIL. It's frustrating b/c he hasn't done anything to help -- he just hung out all weekend with DH. UG! How has the little spitfire been doing? Is he not annoying Kelsey as much?

Robin -- Sorry that the smores didn't work out, but I'm sure that everyone loved the pie and brownies! Isn't In the Ring so much fun? How is work going today? As Shannon asked, are you starting your melting today?

Shannon -- I'm so glad that you had a great weekend! Did your calf bother you at all with that long walk? I hope not! I ended up not doing Imax 3, but there was plenty of jumping going on this weekend.}(

Allie -- Glad you had a fun weekend and that you were out and about! So did you try your new KB workout? How have you been sleeping?

Tneah -- Are you back? Hope you had a smooth trip back home! We sure missed you!! We're expecting a full report -- and photos! :)

I have to get my workout started in a bit since the window cleaners are going to be here at 9:30, so I need to be showered and cleaned up by then. Today I'm doing my new kettlebell workout -- AOS Newport, and I'm really scared!

I'll BBL later to check in with the rest of the gang. :)

Good morning, everyone! I am headed out the door for errands. Fun. I hope to be back later to catch up. I've been thinking of y'all!

Breckgirl--Welcome! I haven't been here long, but have found these women to be the most caring, generous, and supportive around. I love them all! :) You will love it here!

Kara :)

Good Morning All!:)

Boy did I miss you all these past few days! We had a wonderful time, it was just wonderful. Filled with food, wine, dancing, hugs, tears, and all the other good stuff weddings with dear friends are filled with.:7 I will post pics probably tomorrow, Mitch's daughter took the best pics, so she gets home today and will send me those, then I have some too...

I have shin splints from dancing so much (in 4 inch heels), we did the traditional Jewish wedding dance with the happy couple, the one where you hoist them onto chairs?:) It was hilarious. The bride is part Jewish, she is my DH's best friends daughter...

Okay, I read the last few days, let's see if I remember whats up with my chica's.;) We got stuck on the runway for an extra two hours last night in Atlanta due to the weather, then had the four hour flight...boy was that horrid. I drank a few glasses of wine in hopes of just sleeping, of course that did not happen...I read my Jean Rhyss book, and hated it BTW...maybe I just did not get it or something, but it is a depressing little piece of literature. Anyway!

Deb, loved the pic of you and DH and little Keegan!

Robin, happy to hear you have melted and are melting...knew you could do it, yeah! I will be joining you this week...oh boy will I ever.

Kristi, love the new pic! You are beautiful.:)

Shelley, I see our resident "gazelle" as Deb says, was running circles around the rest of us this weekend.:p Once again, you amaze me with your incredible fitness and drive.

Leanne, oh Shee-ot!I am totally hating on BIL. Put that pretty little foot of yours down right now. He sounds like Mitch's daughter with the mooching thing, and believe me, the more you let them get away with it, the more they just assume you will foot the bill...take it from me, lay it down, do not wait for your DH to do it. It is your house my friend. ((HUG))

Lainie, loving your pic of Issac...got a little Steve Maddox on your hands huh?:7

Kara, sorry to hear about your electrical and house drama....it is starting to remind of that old movie called "The Money Pit". Sorry.:7

Allie, hey bronzed goddess. I love being tan too, I just wind up spraying mine on, which is not the same but still...I missed you too darlin!

Shannon, Sounds like you had a great weekend...Shhh. I think I might have an injury! Crap. Its some stupid muscle that runs down the front of my hip--the new one...need to see my doc about it...think I might have strained it.

BreckGirl...wow, how nice to have another melty friend! :) You sound smart, clever and alot of fun, welcome!

I apologize if I missed anyone...I am pretty tired, I never got used to that time difference, I know what a wimp. So feel pretty sleep deprived. I worked out Saturday morning, just did 45 minutes of cardio and abs in the hotel gym, did not have any time other than that, so am feeling pretty jacked up muscle-wise from all the sitting and stuff. I did not eat that bad, but we did drink, something that I had pretty much cut out, so that has caught up with me for sure. Just cannot do it like I used to without feeling it for the next few days!}(

We leave for San Diego and the boat early Wednesday morning, so these next days are gonna be crazy busy...ok, time to get back in to my normal routine...bbl!

Good morning all. I'm very tired again this morning. The NP said last week that it might take a couple weeks for my lowered prescription dosage to make a difference in my fatigue. I hope it will soon.

So, not only do we have to prepare for our July 4th party on Friday, and the orthodontist visit tomorrow, but today the paver guys come to start tearing up concrete and putting down our paths and patio. Eek! He plans to be done before Friday, though, so hopefully that means we'll have a nice patio for our party. So now I also want to start looking for some patio furniture to put on it as well. So big week!

I'm trying to decide what workout to do (which I'll start soon after the boys finish watching this episode of Tigger and Pooh). I'm thinking about doing Tracey's Circuit Zone again, or maybe a kettlebell workout. Or, since I'm focusing on Cathe workouts pre-RT, maybe I'll do one of her full body workouts. Then next week I'll start the 3-day split rotation I was thinking of doing.

Deb, we're trying to make the 4th of July party a tradition. We first had one when we lived in Holland (we were in an apt then with a roof terrace, so we did the grilling on the roof). Then we had one last year. The only invites this year or last are Brian's co-workers and their families. Our party in Holland was much more diverse--mostly just a lot of Americans we knew plus a few Dutch friends. Man, I miss Holland. Anyway, we will need to do a lot of food shopping on Thursday, I'm sure. It will be mainly stuff Brian grills--burgers and hot dogs, plus I'll pick up some chicken or something. Then I will have plenty of fruits and veggies and Brian will pick out all the chips and beer. All-American stuff.

Robin, glad your picnic went well.

Shannon, glad you enjoyed your computer-free weekend!

Allie, yay! glad you had such a successful and social weekend! Details, girlfriend! Spill!

Leanne, let us know how the AOS Newport workout goes. I've been thinking about trying an AOS workout--but they're pricey so it's hard to commit (says the woman who orders every preorder the first day from her favorite instructors and who ordered her 6th pair of Rykas yesterday). I was going to start with Providence--have you done that one?

Kara, good luck with all the house drama! Hope to see you more soon.

Tneah, glad to have you back. Hope to see some pictures of you in your hot dresses!

BreckGirl, welcome! Another melter with braces-yay! And having another Texan is great (I'm a native Texan who lives in NY now).

Hello and (((hugs))) to Shelley, Kristi, Jennifer, and anyone else I've neglected (I need to make a list of names for this group, I think).

Lainie, I hope the NP is right about your meds and you start to feel more energenic soon. The party sounds like fun. I hope you have good weather and a nice patio.

Tneah, your weekend wedding sounds like so much fun. We missed you bunches. Did your outfits fit all the occassions? Sounds like you need to relax once you get to the boat.

Kara, have fun with Errand Max.

Leanne, I've been trying to melt since about the middle of last week. Someone had posted a reply on the OD forum about losing weight being 80% diet. I've been trying to remember that number whenever I'm tempted to binge. In fact, I have it written on the thumb side of my hand, where it will catch my eye frequently.

Allison, OK, Ms Socialite! So what did you do all weekend?

Shannon, sounds like you had a great weekend. I thought of you while I was out doing yardwork on Saturday. We got thunderstorms on Sunday. We could use a day of nice soaking rain.

I better get back to work. More later, I'm sure...

Hey all,

Tneah's back! Tneah's back!! Yippee! :) So glad to hear that you had a blast, and that you indulged in good food and wine, without stressing about it too much! :) You'll get back on track soon! Like Robin asked, did your outfits all work out alright? I'm sure you looked GORGEOUS in your new dresses! Wow -- I can't believe that you'll be in SD this week! Can we meet next week??? Let me take you to lunch, OK? We could meet somewhere fun like Fashion Valley. Can't wait to see some pix from the wedding! Yes, BIL is already bothering me, and I'm already waiting for him to move out.

Kara -- Keep us posted on how the house stuff is going, OK? Hopefully no more scary sparks! So I just got done with Newport -- OMG was that intense! My whole body is shaking! I ended up using just my 15-pound KB the whole time, except for the bonus snatch section, when I used my 20-pounder for swings instead of snatches -- but I could only do the first three minutes before I collapsed! Yowsa!

Lainie -- How exciting that the patio will be done! I was wondering if that was still going on. I ended up getting The KB Way, which is a remake of Providence and about $10 cheaper. It was a really good one to learn the moves, but, since you already have Sarah Lurie's workouts, I'm not sure if you need The KB Way, too. Maybe do the SL ones a few more times before committing to the AOS ones. They're definitely pricey! Your BBQ on Friday sounds like a fun tradition! We're going to just have family over here for a BBQ.

Robin -- It's funny you mention the 80% thing, b/c I read that, too, and have also been trying to remind myself about it. Just last night, I thought about it as I decided to eat a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich anyways!}( Let's all help each other get back on track with our eating, OK? Are you going to order the last two Tracey workouts? I'm really tempted by the med ball one, and I think I'll go for it.

OK, I'm a sweaty mess and just finished my shake, so I'm off to the shower. I'll BBL! :*

Hello again! I read up on the weekend's posts and boy is there a lot to catch up on when you miss a few days!!

Tneah's back! Tneah's back!!!!!!! YAY! http://www.pic4ever.com/images/greenstars.gif[/img]I'm so glad you're home! Sounds like you had a fabulous time. Dancing in 4 inch heels? Are you nuts? http://www.pic4ever.com/images/291.gif[/img]I'm very impressed. I'm a flats girl, myself.

Lainie--wow, a new patio, huh?!?! How exciting! I'll be driving down for your party on the 4th. ;) I hope your energy comes back soon!

Robin--your Saturday night sounds like it was wonderful. I'm so glad you and DH had a nice time. And you're doing a fantastic job with the melting! Way to go!http://www.pic4ever.com/images/Banane21.gif[/img]

Shelley--nice work getting all that cleaning done this weekend. I'm very impressed. I only did a little bit but at least I got some in at all. I wasn't in the mood to clean this weekend at all. Great job on the 8.25 miles!

Deb--OMG, I adore that picture of you, Keegan and DH! You are one incredibly lovely lady! You look like Lorrie (L Sass). Has anyone ever told you that? Anyhoo, thanks for sharing it. :)

Shannon--sounds like you had a great weekend too! Nice to see ya!

Kara--wow. I can't believe the house problems you're having right now! What a pain. Thank goodness you found that outlet before some real damage was done, though. Stay strong! Yay for Colin coming home!

Kristi--have fun in Chicago! My sister used to live there and I flew out and visited her once. What an enormous city. Beautiful, though. And darn good pizza. :p ;)

Breckgirl-welcome! I'm still pretty new to this checkin too. This is one special group of ladies, let me tell you. And hilarious too. Your posts are so funny! You'll fit right in. :D

Hmmm....did I forget anyone? I hope not. OMG--I forgot Leanne! How could I forget my lovely Leanne!!?!?!http://www.pic4ever.com/images/dash2.gif[/img] I'm sorry! Sheesh--your BIL is not making me happy. You and Mike definetely need to have words with him asap. Behavior like that is not acceptable. He's mooching for sure. Nip it in the bud now, girlie. And do Imax 3 at 5am tomorrow will ya?;)

The A/C isn't working in my office today and I'm about ready to kill someone. It's so hot in here it's ridiculous. I'm soaked in sweat. Normally the A/C in on so high and I freeze my butt off. Today it's 1,000 degrees. WTH! Can't we find some sort of happy medium?!? http://www.pic4ever.com/images/2mo5pow.gif[/img]

So, I went to a party on Friday night! http://www.pic4ever.com/images/cancan.gif[/img] It was so fun!!! http://www.pic4ever.com/images/7AD_headspin.gif[/img] And a boy (yes, A BOY!!!) that I work with was there and we ended up hanging out the entire time. It was so fun!!! Then we hung out all day Saturday. We even went to dinner and then mini golfing! It was so fun! I haven't had a good time like that in a long time. My brother and his girlfriend came too and it was like double dating. I am still smiling and giggling every time I think about it. The new boytoy (Jim) and I are going to have dinner again tomorrow night. Plus I get to see him during the day at work and eat lunch with him. He's in the Army Reserve and is finishing college in New Jersey (he's the same age as I am--well, actually I'm the "older woman"--I'm three months older than him ;)) so he's just here for the summer. He works here every summer and we've both had crushes on each other for years but were always dating other people.

Oh my god, I sound like a highschooler! I forgot how fun it is to date and have someone give me attention! I love it!

Ok, I gotta go. Thanks for listening to my puppy-love story. ;)

BBL!

p.s. Shelley--I managed 8.15 miles yesterday doing CCPP and the steady state from vol. 8. (My ipod crapped out right before the third challenge). Not as good as you, but I tried!! :) :D

Ok, now I'm really going. Bye bye!

Allison

OK, my workout is not happening. What with the massive noise level of the machines tearing up concrete, the interruptions of kids needing me and the paving guy ringing the doorbell with questions, it's just not working. http://planetsmilies.net/sad-smiley-384.gif I have tried doing a video (too noisy) and tried doing it on my own, and ugh, too frustrating. Maybe it will be quieter tomorrow. It should be quieter once they finish tearing up and start laying down stones, right? I hope.

Maybe I can work on the windows and wall cleaning instead.

Robin, I need to get back on the melting bandwagon. I've just let it go since getting the braces, but now that I'm eating fairly normal food again I need to start watching myself again (of course once I get the adjustment tomorrow I'll probably be eating soft again for a couple days.) I try to remember that weight loss is mostly about what I'm eating, but I think I also eat better when I am exercising more--because I don't want to waste the exercise. :p

Leanne, thanks for the KB advice. I keep telling myself to wait until after the RT to get more KB stuff because I want to focus on Cathe workouts anyway. The med ball workout was the only one of the new Tracey DVDs I didn't order, but now I'm tempted. I am picky about hi-lo workouts but I like using the med ball. Hmm. http://planetsmilies.net/winking-smiley-42.gif

Allie, yep, new patio and new path along the side and across the front. Maybe DH will finally get us some patio furniture as well. Last year at our July 4th party people ended up sitting on the ground because it was nice outside but we had so little seating out there. I wish you would show up at my July 4th party! http://planetsmilies.net/flag-smiley-7374.gif It will just be a bunch of accountants and their wives/girlfriends. On the other hand, that might not be a great way to sell a party to you. I'm an accountant's wife, though, and I'm way cool. http://planetsmilies.net/cool-smiley-9005.gif

I bet I won't get one of my afternoon naps in today. http://planetsmilies.net/tired-sleeping-smiley-4635.gif I'll be lucky if Ewan naps with all this rumpus.

You'll notice I've been enjoying smiley surfing this morning. This one is in honor of our nipple conversations: http://planetsmilies.net/obscene-smiley-1023.gif

Hmmm… so In the Ring is fun? I’ve toyed with whether or not to get it. I’ve read reviews that her form is not the best (of course, if I had a camera pointed at me while I try to throw punches and kicks – it would be truly hysterical). I have her Hi/Lo Extreme, and I really like it. Some little tiny annoyances, but everyone can’t be Cathe, now can they? ;-)

I just bought a spin bike to add to my workout space at home. Did that iCycle yesterday and well… my bootay is hurty. (as in “sittin pain” not muscle pain) I remember that from when I was a regular gym-goer and did some spin classes. That should subside, yes?

Deb – a terrier! Okeedoke. My MIL has 2 teensy weensy yorkies. Same-ish family, yes?

Leanne – kettlebells, eh? They sound so fun! I have a trainer now that I see 1/wk to relieve boredom and he had me do some kettlebell thingie (as in, squat down, swing it back between my legs, and then swing it up and forward – then back down to squat again). It was harder than I thought! He showed me what to do and I was like, “got it.” And then I quickly changed to “WAIT A MINUTE!”  You really have to use your core!

Yes, my MIL has 5 kilns, much to the chagrin of my DH. He special wired some outlets out in her workshop so she wouldn’t burn down the entire neighborhood. She’s a little crazy, but I love her. Her first pieces weren’t so hot – she’ll tell you that straight out. But now, she makes some really cool things! She humors me from time to time and allows me to “wrap” them (some she envelops in wire and beading). I’m much better at that after a glass of wine! }(

Kara – thanks for the warm welcome. I was a little nervous posting, almost like I was butting in. But my DH kept urging me to just get in here and say something. So I honestly appreciate y’all letting me in to your little corner of Catheland!

Tneah – Welcome back! So every time I see your posts, I honestly try to say your screen name out loud. Can you tell me how to say it? I feel like such a dork. You make me laugh, love your posts and your spirit. I really almost hired Body by O because of some of your posts…

So glad you had fun at the wedding. Destination weddings are big fun, but exhausting! I bet you were the belle of the ball!

Lanie – I can’t believe you already have your first ortho appt! JEALOUSY! I have to wait 10 weeks for my first, so I’m 3 in. Not sure how they figure all that out, but whatever. I wanted a small cosmetic issue fixed, but my dentist said before we consider a veneer, maybe go talk to the ortho. So I did… and well… here I am. He said that the veneer wouldn’t last long because my bite is all wacky. He showed me the x-ray of my jaw, and my L side is worn down! YIKES. So to prevent further problems, they said they could fix the cosmetic issue easily, but the jaw would require braces to correctly fix. No invisalign. So I get to have rubber bands. Very fun. I’m with you though – I HATE the feeling of getting food caught. I’m hyper clean about my teeth, so that feels like complete torture to me. Your 4th of July party sounds awesome! Nothing better than a good old-fashioned cookout. So fun. Good luck with the patio work!

Shelley – BreckGirl works… BG works – whatever. You can call me whatever you like. You have me convinced to buy CCPP… although I am committed to try the Vol I have first. Just to be sure! Do you do all yours on TM or do you have other equipment you use? 8.5 miles though tells me you’re pretty much a “runner.”

Shannon – Love your description of the weather Sunday. Sounds like the walk was great!

Robin – I don’t WANT it to be 80% diet. But I guess it probably is. I wonder if my body is anti-too-much-protein. Seems like whenever I try to get the 1g/lb body weight, I feel all puffy and fat. I don’t know. I’m a pretty clean eater for the most part. I once read that if you eat clean 80% of the time, you get 80% of the results you want. How depressing is that? I’m kind of always vacillating between moderation and fanaticism.

Hi to Allie! Thanks for the welcome. I hate being hot inside. Suffocating. I hope that A/C gets fixed soon! And look at you – robbing the cradle 3 months worth! HA! Glad you had fun – those first dates are so exhilarating, no?

OK – whew! You ladies are masters at keeping up. This is big fun! Thanks for letting me join!!!! YIPPEEEEEEE
:7 :7 :7 :7 :7 :7 :7 :7

Leanne--I didn't get to the new KB workout yesterday. I had missed CCPP Saturday and wanted to get that in instead. I'll do the KB w/o tonight, I promise. I'm kind of dreading it though for some reason. I need my Cathe fix every day. ;)

Oh, and we just got word that the A/C is gonna be out for the next couple days. Kill.Me.Now.

Holy hell it's hot in here!

Allison

BreckGirl, yes, In the Ring is lots of fun. I don't really have any problems with Amy's form. My DH, who used to take Ju Jitsu, is always complaining about everyone's form. My form is sucky. But I get sweaty and it's fun. I think maybe the complaints were for Amy's first kickbox workout, which I don't have. So your DH encouraged you to join us? He may live to regret that! I'm with you on not wanting diet to be so important. I love to eat. And I have a BIG sweet tooth. But I know from experience that it only works when I'm working out AND watching my calories.

Allison has a boyfriend, Allison has a boyfriend! Way to go girlfriend. LOL at the partygirl smilie!

Leanne, I can't see the blog pictures for Tracey's med ball workouts here at work, but I won't be surprised if I end up getting it. I love to get workouts that make use of equipment I already have. So far, I've avoided looking into the kettleball stuff.

Hey all,

Robin -- I know -- I love workouts that use equipment that I have and don't get to use that often, which is why the med ball one looks like fun. Since I missed the free shipping pre-order on it, I was thinking I would wait until it was out and then maybe see if I can get cheaper shipping on it somewhere. My kickboxing form is sucky, too, but isn't it fun?? My DH is like yours -- since he does Kung Fu, he always thinks that everyone's form is bad. He came to a kickboxing class at the gym with me a few years ago, and hated every minute of it! ;-)

Allie -- Hooray for your new BF! How cool is that?! What a fun way to spend the summer! Love the smilies today, too! And what a bummer about the air conditioner. UGH! OK, so here's what I'm thinking: maybe do just half of the new KB workout, and then add on half of a Cathe workout so that you can get your Cathe fix in for the day. :) Waddya' think?

Lainie -- Oh, your smilies are so cute, too! I think that the nipple one should be our official Melters mascot! :+ Ug about all that darn noise. I know -- I'm so tempted by the med ball workout; I know I'll end up just ordering, though! I'll help you wait until after the RT to get more KB stuff, OK? When you feel like you're going to cave in, just let me know and I'll steer you away from them. ;-)

BreckGirl -- Yes, In the Ring is a lot of fun, as is Amy's Hi/Lo Knockout workout. Her form has really improved, and you can always modify the moves to make them easier on your knees, etc. (OK, I'm done enabling for the day!}( ) Yes, the KB's are so much fun -- and deceptively hard, aren't they?! I was just showing the demo video of Newport to my DH and BIL, and DH said that it looked easy. I was thinking -- WHAT? When I first saw the demo, I was blown away by how hard it would be. I think he just meant that you don't quite realize how tough it'll be at first. Ah, I'm so jealous of your spinning bike! Spinning is one of the few things I miss about belonging to a gym! How cool that your MIL has so much fun with the glass stuff in her kilns! Does she do any other kind of firing? I have a teeny tiny baby kiln that I've used to do PMC stuff (where the silver is in a clay form, and you shape it), but silver has been so expensive that I haven't bought any in over a year.

OK, the window cleaners just showed up, so I'm letting the boys deal with it while I go run errands. I get really stressed when people traipse through my clean house, so I usually leave every year when they're here. BBL! Hope you're all having wonderful days! {{{HUGS}}} and :* 's to all!

OOOH Allie and her new boyfriend sittin' in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g!:7 LOL at your smiley's. You are so cute, sorry bout heat, that sucks. How's this? Its over 100 today in Sin City. In Florida it was in the 90's with 80 plus humidity...yeah, my hair was lookin' good--NOT!:7

You guys and your kettleball chatter....I cannot do it now cause of the boat, but geez they look cool.:)

So I just did LIC cardio premix cause I am a weeny.:p I like to do more gentle stuff after I have been on an exercise hiatus so it was just right actually. Tonight will do ME to fit a total body workout in.

I agree with Leanne, Lainie may we use the "nipple gal" smiley as our Melters mascot?:p So funny!

BG, may I call you that?;) Body by O was a trip and a half. Let me tell you. I got that bodyfat down I did, but at the cost of my sanity.:p It was very unpleasant, very strict and alot of cardio--50 minutes am and pm to be exact, along with very few carbs equaled a very grouchy "Ta-Nee-Ah".:) Thats how you say it. My "real" name is Tiffany, Tneah is a nickname that stuck. Oh, but if you are ready for it, Kim Oddo is the guy that can get you there for sure. He is a very nice man too.

Poor Leanne....relax darlin', if they are considerate window cleaners they should leave your house as sparkling as you left it!:)
