Hello everybody!
Sorry for not posting before, but we had miserable days. My son is still teething and just right now he has 2 teeth coming out, as a result, he doesn't eat at all and what's worst, he has begun to wake up many times at night...AGAIN!!!!
I had just recovered by Flu Max (DH and I got flu and started to feel better towards the end of the week) and this teeth thing has really put me to the test

Poor poor thing, he never complains about anything, but teeth are the only thing that make him cry with pain, he wants to be cuddled all the time and just want to stay in my arms all day long! My shoulders are screaming...I think I need to up my weights to keep up the pace with him!
I read about your routines with great interest, you're all very inspiring to me!Especially this week, I felt so lazy because of the flu that just managed to do a bit of yoga relax on Wednesday and Thursday, as my muscles were cramping everywhere. Friday was a turbobarre day (I thought it was wise to start with something "light" and yesterday I had very good DOMS in my LB).Yesterday morning I would have liked to do some cardio, but my son didn't let me to, so we enjoyed a "power stroll" outside, as it was a lovely crispy, not too cold wintry day.
Today, if my little one naps, it will be a Low impact circuit day, don't know if it will be just the cardio timesaver or not but I need to do something to ease my doms!
Jenn: congrats on your shovelling even twice a day, you're my hero! we haven't had snow yet this year but next time I feel tired while shovelling I'll think of you!Btw, I've seen your pics. they are awesome!!!!
Colleen: Great recipe! I cook something similar in winter and enjoy it a lot because it's easy to do, nutritious and really yummy!!!I'll give your version a try soon

Sarah: you do Zumba? wow! I have 2 left feet...could never do something dancy like that!
