WEN QVC TSV

I was just wondering about this product! How do people like it? It seems so expensive to me-is it really worth the price? I have thick curly hair and a coworker said she has a friend with hair just like mine and she swears by Wen. I'm thinking about asking for this for Christmas. I'm very curious about it. And with all the different scents how did you decide which one to try? I wish there was a store so we could smell them first. Thanks for your thoughts guys!

There are user guides for this product, check the Faq page at the Wen site. I've only tried one so far, and alternate days sometimes with regular shampoo, I like it, and my hair looks and feels better. The very first time I used it had had some hair fall out, but, honestly, I think those hairs were going to fall out anyway. After using just 2-3 times my hair was noticeably fuller, and no more hairs in tub drain.

My daughter asked for this last year. She picked out a combo pack and liked it but it wasn't anything over the top special for her. The problem is.....unknown to us, when you make your initial purchase you are signing up for a MONTHLY delivery. Your credit card is charged every month! I was treated like a fool when speaking to customer service. I returned the new shipment at a cost of around $20!!! It took almost an entire month before I got my money back on my credit card. The man at the post office said the same thing happened to his wife!

If the product works for you...good! If you need a new supply every month...good. just make sure you are fully aware of what you're getting into.

I didn't know about auto delivery, I just bought a single shipment of two bottles, it wasn't a Daily Special Value item.

I bought the children's Wen. My daughters and daughters in law love it for my grandchildren. Occasionally my daughter will use it on her hair. She told me it makes her hair very soft. The kids love the fragrance. Watermelon, green apple.

Purchased Wen from QVC last Spring. I'm a curly-haired girl and Wen did not work for me. I found it made my hair fall out excessively and left my hair flat. I gave it a good 3 months of consistent use and it never got better, so I decided to break up with Wen at that point and cancel my auto-delivery on QVC. I have since found other shampoos and conditioners that are paraben-free, sulfate-free, etc., that work much better with my hair--much better body, volume, and my hair stays on my head instead of going down the shower drain!

Again, just my experience. We're all different.

I've been using Wen exclusively for about 6 years. My hair is much softer, richer looking and I don't get split ends any more. I hear lots of horror stories about people who buy it through the infomercial/Guthy Renker. I only buy it from QVC or www.chazdean.com. I've never had trouble cancelling or changing auto delivery orders with QVC. The TSV's are usually great prices.

I have been using it for two years now I am 45 thick hair. It is not as frizzy. It is shiny now, I have long hair. I always get compliments on my hair. I do lose hair but no more then I used to. I am peri menopause. And I have so much hair I think it needs to shead. When I first tried it I used fig and I didn't like it, made it feel greasy and it was strange because I thought my hair needed this fig because it was dry and brittle . So I tried sweet almond mint it was perfect and I can used the pear and pumpkin as well. I will not go back to shampoos ever !! I get it from QVC and change and cancel my order myself on the computer without any problems at all.
