It took me three tries, but I think I've mastered Low Impact Challenge. Some choreography is familiar, but some is new and so much fun to do. Once I got the fourth routine down, then I could really enjoy the workout.

Plus when you put all the 4 routines together, it flows really well. I also love the blast at the end that targets the lower body but also keeps the heartrate up.

IMO the music is excellent and I don't mind that there isn't singing.

I've always reached for Rhythmic Step or Step Blast when I want something fun to do, and I know that LIC will also be a go-to workout when I need a positive exercise boost.

I love the choreography in Low Impact Challenge. I'm having an easier time "getting" this one because it does flow really well. And it is really fun to get to one of your favorite moves--it's like "oh, goodie: hip-hop repeaters--I love those!" I've struggled with some of the more recent step workouts, especially Athletic Step for some reason--it just doesn't flow for me.
 
This is a fun step workout. I have done the premixes several times so I almost have this mastered.
 
I haven't mastered it yet but I do like the work out. Combo 4 is beyond me right now. I kinda just stood there with my mouth hanging open staring the first time I tried the work out. I love the blast/challenge as well! Nice little leg burner! Great add-on for another work out! :D
