That's what I was thinking too. That's her name after all, plus she's a business. Whoever did that needed her permission first.
I'm no legal expert, but I think that only applies if one actually has a copyright to the name/term/logo.

Oh I've got a ton of cool fitness tanks from there! I wish I could be as creative as some of these people. But not as uncreative as this lady.
I think Cathe.com is copywrighted, but not Cathe. Maybe that's how she's getting away w/it.
