well ladies, I won't be seeing much of cathe for a while...

In a nutshell, I am having to get a 2nd job to pay for the rest of my bills. Which means less time for me to sleep and less time for me to workout with cathe, ::sigh:::(

ANyway, hopefully this will only last about 6 months....man...I've never been so bumbed about this kind of thing before...oh well.:confused:
 
Whew! I thought you were seriously sick or injured! I'm glad that's not the case! Of course, you must be totally bummed out! On the bright side, Cathe will still be there for you when you can get back on a normal schedule!

We'll miss you! Check in when you can!
 
Hey Alana, there's 180 hours in a week, maybe just hunt out one hour a week and do some Cathe! It will make you feel great!
 
well I'll at least stare at cathe's DVD covers!! LMAO!!! kiddin..sort of! hehee:D

No, but seriously, if I have some extra hour somewhere and I'm not totally exhausted...you bet your buns I'll be gettin' my dose of cathe! hehe:p
 
I hear ya, sista. I work 3 jobs plus consulting work and man oh man does it get hard to juggle everything. However, one thing I have learned is that when you are this busy you get seriously organized! So make sure you put some me time into your schedule. Look for the 30 min Cathe workouts - exercising really helps you mentally deal with the stress of such a busy schedule. Do you have 4 DS? If so, that would be perfect for you. I rely on it heavily!

Do 1 bodypart per day...Legs will take a half an hour, but the reast should be around/under 15 minutes...

And please!!! Try to get 1 "full" day off a week (of work I mean)!

Oh believe me! I will try my hardest to have a day off of work. I'm not sure it'll happen, but like I said, I WILL do some kind of exercise at least 1 day a week, I'll miss the excitment and the funny jokes cathe says in her dvd's if I don't!!! hehe:D
