I hope someone has an answer to this because I plan to start STS on Monday and I really don't get this !
I printed out my workout card and looking at the numbers on it, MUCH of it doesn't make any sense !
Like WHY would it say my 1RM for core pushups is 163 , and for staggered 157, and straddle pushups 175 ? I didn't even DO the 1RM test for pushups?? (for standard btw, it says ZERO ) ??
Am I actually doing the workout with the weights listed under TARGET WEIGHT ? There are a lot of odd weight sizes such as 22 pounds or 17 pounds . I don't have the magnetic weights for adding on......what is the best way to add a couple pounds ? I was going to buy the weighed gloves, but they are only 1# , right ?
Sorry I am so confused. I think I am just panicking , knowing I am starting monday and I'm not sure I'm prepared .
