Cheryl.... actually I ate more this past week, went over on points, actually had a total of 44.5 flex points. I record my exercises and my calorie burn on a calendar and where, on any given week, on a Cathe rotation, I burn 2,600 to 3,200 calories a week, I only burn 1,237 last week due to taking FOUR REST DAYS due to the holidays and life in general. That is what has me scratching my head!!!

BTW I bought my IPOD Nano 4 GB at WalMart this afternoon. I am seriously working on my Christmas money and my Christmas bonus from work!
 
Geez...I just calculated and it said 18 points!! Heck I eat 20 now. Actually suppose to do 24 due to maintaining but haven't gone up to that yet. If I want to maintain on the new system... I can have 26.

I had to select 0 for what I do most of the day because I do sit on my rear since I transcribe all day (medical transcriptionist).
