weights used in Lower Body Blast

Hi Cathe,
Can you tell me the dumbbells you use in this video. I like to use this as an indicator. thanks.

I'm wondering the same thing. I notice that Cathe didn't say the weight she use in any of the new workout, in STS total body it's ok there is a 1RM to calculate but in High reps and in Lower body blast? I loved her workout also for this reason, knowing how much weights she use is if for me a guide and motive to push myself harder. I'm sorry that for this series she didn't guide us:(. This new workout are great and I try to push harder the same;)
 
This same question was asked about HIGH REPS and this poster's answer was quite helpful.....

Cathe's bar is 5 lbs, the biggest weight is 10 lbs, the medium 5 lbs, and the smallest is 2.5 lbs. So, for example, she uses 15 lbs (bar + 2 mediums) for the warm up and 45 lbs for the rows (bar + 4 large weights) (I think, I'm going from memory having done it last night for the first time).

Thanks Fit Mommy, I figured out the barbell weights from looking at previous videos and knowing what kind of barbell Cathe uses(like you described), but what i really was looking for was the dumbbell weight.
 
I think she uses 5# DB's for walking lunges and those one legged lunge things she does in the single-single-double pattern, 8# db's for the hover squats and 12# DB for the one legged dead lift. Those are the only DB exercises I can recall. HTH! :)
