Woo hoo! STS M1is done :) I did legs today, Tina you really impress me with the bonus legs, I couldn't do it again this week, my legs were fried. Congrats on your new cat, that'll make the holidays interesting. Have a good week everyone :)
 
Wait Sue, I just meant I add on the small bonus section from each of Meso 1 leg dvds. It only adds on 10 or so minutes to M2 legs, which are under an hour. I don't add the full M1 leg workout, that would be crazy.

You asked about favorite LIS cardios. Afterburn is my favorite, followed by Low Impact Challenge. It's on the Deal of the Day for the rest of today. (STS abs are on there too, which are AWESOME!) Love Cycle Max as well.

Congrats on finishing Meso 1. Hope you enjoy your rest/cardio week. What do you have planned?
 
This morning was M1D19 and 30/30. Getting ready for the next few days off. Having a nice serving of old fashioned oatmeal with apple. I hope you all have a great day. : )
 
Today's weight 178.6, so I gained .6 over the weekend. Yippppeeeee~ ahahhaa

Today's workout was STS - TB Lower body and core only. Tomorrow I'll do cardio and upper body in the am and a 30 min dreadmill run in the evening.

I'm still trying to drop reach 170lb by the end of the year.
 
I just downloaded LIC & travel fit so I'll do those this week, plus walk/runs and yoga/stretch - my hamstrings are tight.

Tina, I knew you were tacking on the 10 minute bonuses - I haven't been able to manage them the last two weeks. once the first pulse starts I'm out :) good job on STS + 30/30, that's tough!

Shereta when I first read your post I was thinking "how do you gain 6 pounds in a weekend?". Whew - only .6 lbs! Do you have a nutrition plan for December? I'm going to add a side salad to all my dinners.
 
Today's weight 178.2. Today's workout was BodyMax 2 - 20 minutes of cardio and then upper body. I burned 444 calories in 40 minutes.

I've decided to train for another 10K which will be March 9th. So, I'm supposed to do 2.5 miles today. I will make that an easy dreadmill run when i get home. My training plan is for 8 weeks, so I will end up doing it twice. The 2nd time I do it, I will increase everything a little bit.

I did eat a little junk and I ate late yesterday. It was hard getting up but i did.

My mom had another heart attack last night. Waiting on doctors to colaborate over her tests results. :(
 
Hey girls - I've been so sick the past few days, not even wanting to look at my computer. So I'm back to work today, although still a little wobbly.

Shereta - so sorry to hear about your mom. I really hope she'll be ok.

I'll read everyone's posts when I get a chance and be back to comment soon.

Thanks for the kind words towards my mom. The doctor is sure one of the newly placed veins collapsed. They will go in tomorrow to see for sure what's going on. The doctor will insert a stint tomorrow.

She is doing well - not on oxygen or pain meds. (putting on lipstick as I type)

Melanie, glad to hear you're feeling better, we missed you!

Yesterday was oral surgery. I managed to sqeeze in STS stability ball and no equipment abs before-hand. The hand out they gave me says no exercising for 3-5 days. I'm going with 3. Focus will be in portions and nutrition. I feel better now than I did before I went in. : )

Sue, let me know what you think of Travel Fit. I've never downloaded a workout. Does it come with all the premixes?

Morning Yall. Today's workout was a mile run on the treadmill followed by a good stretch. Baby steps right? Tomorrow's run should be a little longer.

Elle, yes, we'll do this next month as well. You are welcomed to join us.

My mom is doing good. We still don't know what time the procedure will be today to pinpoint what happened and do corrections. I'll keep yall posted.
 
Good morning, I hope you're all doing well. I'm feeling fantastic, I feel better than I have in a long time. I'm going to attempt a cardio step workout this morning, I'll just keep the intensity down. (on a side note, they put me on Celebrex for a few days and like magic, my PF is totally gone *BONUS!*)

Hey Tina!! That's awesome to hear you're feeling so good. Did I read your last post correctly? Aren't you supposed to be taking a few days off? I can understand how hard it is though to take time off especially when you're feeling so good. So what do you think is helping you feel so good?

Sue - congrats on finishing Meso 1 - I loved Meso 2 because of the extra time between sets to get things set-up and also because you start going heavier.

Shereta - how's everything going with you & your mom?

This morning was 4DS bootcamp. It felt great. I went really heavy on a few sets to just see how far I could push myself. Its the first time I did the tri-cep extensions with 30 pounds. Wow - that was tough, but I made it through. Followed-up that workout with a yummy protein shake with frozen berries.

This week my workouts have been walking until this morning I did 30/30. I hate that workout but love it when it's over. I decided my new downloads aren't good for STS week off, a lot of band work in travel fit, I'm taking resting my muscles very seriously :) so ill be doing straight up cardio and hiit until next week. I'm a half pound up for the month, I was really afraid it would be worse than that. I'm traveling through Tuesday, hopefully good food choices will present themselves but I'm not going to be a buzzkill about it. I will be walk/running unless there's snow, then I will brave DWP :)

Tina I'm glad you're feeling better after surgery, you won't let that derail your workouts, good for you! No premixes with downloads. I could do them myself in the workout blender but I have only played around with it once. Honestly giving myself opportunity to do a shorter workout probably isn't best for my personality :)

Shereta I hope your mom's doing better! Are you traveling to be with her? Take care of yourself sweetie :)

Sue, LIC has a great premix for the cardio step portion only. I can't remember the time on it, but it adds on the bonus step routine into the mix. It's great during the rest week.

I couldn't stand to wait one more day to workout out, so I did RS. That cracked tooth was sore for so long, its great to be pain free now. I can put my black cycling mask away now, no more ninja! : )

I added a photo of our new kitty enjoying the new jungle gym/Xmas tree. I should have taken a photo of the three older cats watching him from below. (I clearly have too much time on my hands right now).

Great news Shereta!! : )

Today I got all caught up on STS, so I can start the last week of Meso 2 on Monday. Still feeling great! I'm going to the grocery store to load up on fruits and veggies. Weather may hold for one more weekend of cycling! Woot!! : )
 
Today was. 4 mile walk/jog, I think the Denver altitude made it harder.

Your new cat looks sweet Tiina, do you have 4? I'm glad your feelin better, imagine how much you can accomplish now!

Shereta I'm so happy your mom is home, I bet that's a big stress reliever for you. How have your workouts been?
