Doubles: Ph 1 / Week 2 / Day 4 / Round 2
X: Shoulders & Arms
Cardio: Timesaver 3 (Body Blast series)
Last night DH had to work on a project so I felt up to doing Plyo X and Power Yoga (Eionn) “Quickie “ mix (32 min). Both felt fabulous and I really liked this Eionn workout. I think this is going to change my whole thinking to Yoga and is what I need to actually do it throughout the week. Thanks for recommendations!
Cold is OUTTA HERE! – well 95%! See what healthy living can help the body do? Well that and more than 5 hours of sleep a day! Look out Dreya- I’m back!

Amers: cant wait to hear your reviews on Butt Book… I cancelled mine after I got the original – its good but nothing earth shattering… LOTS OF FLOOR WORK! UGH
The recipes in orig weren’t MUST HAVEs so I thought I’d spend the $$ on more DVDS!

Well- That’s it for me- Gotta get all 3 dogs to Petsmart before 7am for summer shaving! I’ll have DH take pics so you guys can see how CRAZY they looked shaved- Shave months mean only vacuuming every 2 weeks vs every other day!!!! WOOHOO for me!!!!!!!!!!!
