Good Morning Violets!

Im just getting the thread started,Ive got to get my butt in gear and start the day! Today Im taking a rest day!:7

Good morning ladies,

I am up early this morning 4:45 a.m! I have to much stuff going on today, need to get things ready for the big move! The movers are coming on the 28 Aug.

I will do KPC today!

Good Morning Ladies:)

We had a little sleep in here today. We went to visit some relatives yesterday and DS didn't settle until 10 last night. That could mean one of two things when he finally goes to sleep, he could sleep-in (obviously) but for the most part, he gets up earlier:-( I thought he might sleep in though cause we are in a room with no windows so its nice and dark! And he didn't get up until 8:15..and I needed that!
I was so stuffed yesterday after dinner. I didn't help weightloss yesterday although the scale is down 1 lbs today:) I was so full that even 2 hours after I ate, I had to undo the button on my pants:eek: :)
Anyway, I think today is going to be a long run but stupid me only brought shorts and no long stuff. I think my sister should have something cause its far from warm outside. Hopefully its not to cold for DS. SO today, I am just sticking to my 3 meals and lots of water!

Amelia don't get discouraged about your weight plateau just clean up your diet....you know what to do.

Oh no Laine 0.2 pounds at least it not 2 pounds. That's maybe just water weight. How is your ankle today?

Hi Cheryl what's your w/o today. I like how you combine workouts. I guess we may all be able to do this quickly when the new Cathe Ipod w/o come out.

Hey Gang,

Just a quick pop in. I have to get in the shower and then feed my baby.
I just got back from a 12.4 kms run! Im not sure how long it took me but it was cold outside so I was running faster to warm up:) Then on the way home the sun came out so it wasn't as cold:) The only thing that happened was my Ipod got stuck so half way home I just listened to traffic...oh well...could have been worse. Could have been a stitch!
It pays off not to run everyday cause when you do, you have a lot more energy and its the only time lately, that I felt I could have turned around and did the same route all over again (pretty sure I wouldn't have made it though;) )

Hi, ladies!

I did GS Back/Shoulders/bi's today followed by 50 min. of cardio - 30 min. IMAX3 (skipped warm-Up) and 20 min on the TM. Great workout!

Amelia - enjoy your rest day -

Lori - good job on the run! Yep, I'm with you on not trying to run every day. It stays fresher that way and I think it gives your metabolism more impact.

Belinda, good luck with the move preparation - yowza.

Robin, what's on tap for you?

My weigh in today - 133.8. Not great, but better than it's been. Still moving back down.

Robin-Thanks for the encouragement! Yep,I know what to do,its doing it thats the hard part,LOL!I know clean eating is how I lost those four inches a couple of months ago.....I've got to do it agian!

I had another b-day party last night and had a pc of cookie cake( I was proud of myself because the cookie was small and I skipped on the icecream!),I've got another b-day party to go to saturday....HELP!!!!

I do plan on Running on sat and sun,and tommorrow im going to do LIC with abbs!
 
OK, just have to write quick because DS#2 is not napping well today and I have some stuff to get done before I let him up again.

So yesterday I may have mentioned that I had twisted my ankle on Tuesday, so I did a low impact workout yesterday--Low Impact Circuit (really like that one). I did it carefully on a 4" step to go easy on the sore ankle and it only hurt a couple times.

Well, last night I realized my ankle was quite swollen, so I decided today had better be a rest day--though I hate to take an unplanned rest day--especially on a day I have the time, energy, and cooler weather to enjoy a good workout. :(

Hiya girls,

Do you mind if I check in with you guys?

I do have a few questions. When you're doing a C & S work how many points do you give that in the "activity" section? And what in the world do they mean when they say "strenght training" but don't give you any options on what weights you used?
