******Weight Watchers Thursday!!!!********

Hey, ladies!

Yes, Traci, I was snoozing. I have found that this week, my body wants to stay on the night schedule. I was going to bed and sleeping about 2 hrs around 10 pm, but then would stay awake until about 4-5 am! Last night, I just decided to stay up until 4am since that's when I was awake until anyway!!! I hope that you have a great weekend at the bay!! I'm not a HUGE Jari Love fan either, and I have Ripped 1000, but haven't tried it yet. I liked RTTC and S&L for endurance weight work, but no, she's not big on ab work. That and her voice irritates me. Anyway, I am just glad that I found all her workouts at Ross for 5$ each! (I don't know if you have Albertson's where you live, but I have found the No Pudge brownies there.)

My body is declaring a recovery week! I just couldn't get myself going yesterday to do GS legs!!! And it doesn't look like it's going to get done today either! That's okay, I can live with that!

I have GOT to get my butt out and mow the lawn, though. DH says that it's supposed to rain and I want to get the weed patch mowed before it rains!

Belinda- No, I haven't checked the RT forum yet, but am heading there next. This is always my first stop!
 
Hello all.
Today my workout was biking and gym style legs (Just like you Cheryl!). Beautiful day for being outside, nice to be able to get a workout in that's low impact and outside. I just got a washing machine, mine has been broken for months. Finally got around to calling the repair man and he said it costs almost the same to fix it as to replace it. Our throw away society just makes me so sad sometimes. My mom had the same washing machine for over 20 years, 6 kids and lots of use! Despite of this I am so so so psyched to be doing laundry right now while I'm online with you all. I've been taking my things to the laundromat all this time, glad that's over.

Lori & Mary - yay on your Doms. I love that.

Teddygirl - not doubling but tripling on the triceps! You will be in tank top shape in no time!

Traci - I'm not going on the road trip either. Way too much going on in my life to get away. It sounds like fun though.

Belinda - 20 pounds by August, that sounds like a reasonable goal. I think it's good to give yourself enough time to make a permanent change instead of losing lots fast and then not being able to stick to it because it was so outrageous and not possible to actually live with the changes. Know what I mean?

Amy - One nice thing about living in Vermont is lawn mowing season is short! Have fun.

LoriG, girl, you are ON A ROLL - doing so well. I'll have to pull out Circuit Max and see what all the excitement is about. I have it, but I can't recall if I've done it.

I'm not doing anything especially new in prep for the RT, but trying to get 3-4 weight workouts in per week, hitting all body parts at least twice, and keep the cardio really mixed up, and trying to lean out at least 3 pounds more, maybe a little more - we'll see. I have nicer muscles than before, so I'd like to lean out to let them show more than worry about what the final pounds number is.

Tonight is a church ladies activity I have a big part in, so I have to get going. Darn. Would rather stay here and chat. }(

I finished Low Impact Circuit!:) :)

Sorry I am a little short lately, but I got bad news yesterday!
My DH called me yesterday form his work, he received a call from the Army! They want him to go again to Irak. That means another year without him. We been separated for so many years already. I really can't count the years him and I have been separated in 24 years.
Sorry I am letting out some steam!

Cheryl,I don't know why I don't do CM more often. I really gave it my all so I worked up a good sweat.

Heather, I think 20 lbs is reasonable.I lost 15 in the last 8 weeks so I am sure you will get there.

Amy,did you get your lawn mowed? That transition from nights to days can be tough...been there.
