Weight Watchers ...**Thursday**

Morning gang! I slept til 445!! Was exhausted after yesterdays marathon Dr visit.

Today is GS Upper. I will be doing the "as produced" versions using my Alternating Body Parts Log. Primary focus is to work Back-Sh-Bi REAL good so I'll do that one first... If I feel I can still go heavy I will do Ch & Tri. If I feel that I'm "done " after the first one I'll just re work schedule to get Ch-Tri in a day or 2.
I would like a 30-40 minute cardio so we will see what kind of stamina I have without compromising lifting.

That is so wonderful that you are following thru with Dr visit! There is nothing better than taking care of our bodies so they can support all we desire to do. DH & I were chatting last night about how we are culture of taking care of what others can see kinda group... Cars, clothes, make up, hair color, weight, etc... that we seem to always fail to realize that its the unseen that is truly important... who we are in terms of values, character, healthy organs, cells, hormones.. Actually I was chatting about it- DH just doing the proverbial nodding of the head. ;) I bet you got a lot of mileage out of splitting up DM although that wasnt your plan! I think thats another way to shock & awe the old body! Take a really long Cathe workout and create a split day routine. Great job in actually going back and completing it! Hats are being tossed in the air as we "speak!":7 Cant wait to hear your reviews on Cardio Kicks! Its not one of the favs on the forum although for the life of me I dont know why.... If you want a great KICK DRILLS workout do that segment first then go back to the first segment for ultra cardio high impact stuff. My shoulders & Abs are really feeling it from yesterday soing it that way.

Happy travels today! I know you love going home so its a good day all around! I'm glad your trip was successful in all ways... Your dinner sounded way too good! I am sorry about any challenges with partner/son... Hope resolutions occur quickly! Union Square is cool -
nice to get out of Hotel, I can kick myself for all those years I traveled internationally & all I did was WORK. It was so rare for me to get out & absorb the sites & cultures... At younger ages I think we take it for granted that we'll "always" have opportunities to travel.

Congrats on having another child turn the big 18! I agree that driving is one of the great stressors for parents (& all the rest of us on the road!) :+ I have lost about 13 pounds since I started with Cathe a year ago January. I do have to say that for my body it isnt about just the workouts. I am living proof that clean eating is 80-90% of equation. I have always done / taught intense cardio so thats no magic pill for me. It just takes time, patience, dedication. For me & Cathe its really not about the intensity of her stuff its about the love & admiration I have for her & her business philosophy ... that makes me consistent. Clean Eating + Consistent exercise = Wt Loss (Just the equation that works for my body)
GREAT JOB on completing Drill Max! That is a super duper difficult workout! I love all the premixes as well!

Sorry about Internet probs... Makes me a nut case when my access is denied! A full SJP? WOW! Another toughie for sure! Great job and getting it done!!! YES I think your baby knows the workout timing... I bet the sweetie is wide awake and rocking out to Cathe and then chills out with stretch music.... Good Morning,

Well, to make a very long story short, NO I didn’t get my workout in last night x( But, I did put my workout clothes on :7 that was as far as I got, then off to wash a few loads, cuz my apartment was needing my attention BAD I had clothes, dusks everywhere x( I cleaned for 3 hours. Then, my younger sister who in love called me she wanted to stop by to talk about Men/Love I’m so happy for her, she's a beautiful person :)

It must been visit Trese day yesterday another friend of mine, he called and wanted to drop off a few of Bishop T. D. Jakes tapes, awesome man. I ended up entertaining till 11pm last night, popped pop corn and made coffee we laughed all night, it was nice. Anywho, I did not get to bed till after 11:30 after I put both of them out :eek: :eek: straighten up our mess and off to bed I went.

I knew it was going to be tough to get up this morning, but I woke up around 5am I missed Divorce Court arghhhhh but I caught the news and finally got my big butt up

I did Legs & Glutes + KM leg drills, tonight UB & abs for sho, I got too get it in tonight, I tell ya, this week hasn’t been the best for me workout wise, I missed to many UB workouts my whole schedule has been messy. I'll check back later:)

Good morning Campers!!

Another beautiful day in the neighborhood! It got up to 70 here yesterday!!! Breeze was still a bit chilly, but it was super beautiful!!!

DH has a doctor's appt this morning that I will by hauling my knitting with me!!! We found out that the LTD company actually called and talked to our doc last December (without our permission/knowledge) to try and get her to tell them that DH was lying about his disability!!! Tonight is WI, and as I really don't want to step on the scale after 10 days of raging hormones, I need to face the music and go from there!!!

Belinda- I can't imagine the whole stress that comes with kids and driving!!! To answer your question, I honestly don't know how my weight I've lost since starting Cathe videos. I started with Low Max once a week a year ago January, then last May, because using her primarily. I have actually only lost about 5-6 lbs, maybe, but no more than 10 since last May, but have made huge gains in muscle definition. Couldn't tell you about BF% as I just to an impedence scale last month and have never had it measured "officially".

Cheryl- I hope that your trip home is uneventful!! I am sorry to hear your business partner causing issues!!! I hope that they get settled! I love S.F.!!! The last time I was there, my roommate and I were comeing back from 10 in Hawaii then on to Napa Valley. My roommate had been stationed at Oakland before they shut it down, so she was quite familiar with the wineries in NV!!! We also spent the evening walking around Union Square.

Traci- ROTFLMAO about your "discussion" last night!!! I get that a lot when I start in on a topic that's not 'mutually' interesting. Of course, I am guilty of doing it myself when DH launches into the same type of topic!!!:7 I haven't previewed CK yet, but I will get to it! I need some straight cardio to let my muscles "relax" a bit today. I really didn't realize just how much leg work was in DM, especially the day after Meaner Legs!!! My hammies are singing today!!! I don't remember much back work in DM either, and my lats are humming, too!!!

Well, today is a 45 min run, I haven't decided if that's what I want to do or to take the Monster out for a "run" today since I just did Tuesday. If the weather holds, I may just go outside! We'll see this afternoon!
 
Hi All....I completely fell off the wagon yesterday, COMPLETELY. But, I feel better. It is over, today is a new day, and I am ready to move on.

I will try to write more tomorrow, I am just really busy this week. Today I will do the leg workout I did not do yesterday.

You guys, I feel so awful today. My body aches from head to toe. I probably will not workout today either. Maybe I will just walk on my treadmill, maybe. This is a bad month.

Good Morning Girls!

I started to check in earlier but a friend stopped by so I logged off again. So. now I am back and there are morepost to read:)

Traci, do you get up that early everyday? Is it just to workout or workout before work? I use to set the alarm for 5 when I worked and I would have a couple cups of coffee, check the forum, workout and then off to work. It use t o feel great to have my workout done and over with!

Teddygirl, sounds like you had a great night! I wish my sister lived closer and could just pop by! It takes her 2 days to get here, and thats by plane.

Well, I have to go out today to get the little boy weighed so I am not sure when i will get my run in. My friends visit took up the whole morning and now I have to go out this afternoon and that will take a while as well. The worst thing about it is he sleeps the whole time we are out and then when we get home he wakes up. The one good thing is my MIL called and invited us out to her house for supper so I may be able to get my run in before that b/c I don't have to cook supper.

I also weighed today for the fun of it and I am down 3 lbs already! And I have only been following WW since Sun! I couldn't beleive the scale read 145.3 lbs. Its great to see it pass 148.

Anyway, I should go get some lunch and get a shower. Have a good day everyone!

Hi, everyone!

Yes, I'm still alive - flew back from S.F. early this morning. I got up at 5 a.m. to workout at the hotel and my PC wouldn't start!!! I don't know what's up... so I went to the airport early. I haven't taken a rest day in the past 2 1/2 weeks or so, so it'll be fine.

Have been here at home discussing with DH whether I should strike out in business on my own... we're leaning towards it. Spoke to my parents and they would actually be relieved if I did, they said. That says quite a bit.

Oh, the changes!!

Hi everyone!
This week been very bussy! After school all my son wants to do is drive around the city. This of course is during the same time I used to spent for myself!
I got my book Eat to Live from the libiary today. I am so exited. I'll probablly end up bying it.
Istead of the 45 min. run I did BM2; however, I later realized that I was supposed to do BM 1 !!LOL!! Tomorrow I think I will do an Aerobic class for 1 1/2 hour on post. I've also been eating really good this week.

Cheryl I hope you got some well disserved rest!

Cheryl- I am so glad that you made it home safely. I am glad to hear that DH is very supportive in your possible endeavor!!! I know that it will be hard and a lot of thought, tears, stress, and heartache to go into making that decision, but you will do what's right for you and your family!!!

I tried to get into Imax 3.....again!! I finally hit on something that makes it a bit more tolerable for me tonight.....Only doing the step routines and no blasts!!! Then for some reason, I just lost all steam and ended up throwing a movie into the DVD player and pulling the Monster out.

WI was a lot better than I expected...only up 2 lbs!! I was very impressed with myself! Of course, I told the leader that if I had come last week as well, it would have shown a loss as all the hormones invited all their friends over for a party in my body last week!! When I walked into class tonight, there was a line for the WI 3/4 around the room!!! I went to the leader and asked her if she wanted me to open up the scale in the back of the room, at first she said no, then actually looked up to see what I was talking about, so I ended up weighing in about 20 people or so. One lady just started last week and lost 11 lbs this week!!!! I was duly impressed (of course she started at over 300 lbs!)

Anyway, off to finish the laundry and contemplate baking some fish for the weekend.
