Slept on couch last night as DH was sound asleep in our room... it had a "germy" feel to it and I need to fumigate this morning. He woke up at 3:15am with me today bright eyed & bushy tailed... A 24 hour thing it looks like.

***Since yesterday ended up being my rest day because of DVd player and DHs germy self in my workout room I shall be getting my butt in gear today... Yoga + Killer Kicks and ya KNOW I'm going to get all excited and test out SQUEEZE just so I know where to put it into rotation. Received it yesterday and am sooooo excited!

Good Morning Ladies:)

I feel pretty rested today:) I gave DS a little cereal last night again and he tried to wake at 12:30 but I stuck the nummy back in his mouth and then he didn't wake until 2:40:) I knew he couldn't be hungry! He had cereal and milk at 9:30 and wanted to eat again 3 hours later! What a gull!:)

I wrote a big post yesterday and then the internet decided to shut down just as I clicked "post". I tried going back and then copying my post but when I went back, that page wouldn't display either.

Thought for sure I was going to see 130 something today but nope, still in the 131's which is o.k with me. I just know I am gonna see 130 before this week is over!

Had a major haircut yesterday:eek: I just finally got the balls to cut it off and then she cut it shorter then I had asked for as well. I don't know what it will look like curly but it looks pretty good straight. Its about shoulder length right now. It was way down my back before but totally out of control!

I did GS legs yesterday morning and that was it. No cardio but I am up early today to get a run in before I go to baby group:)

I to am going to check yesterdays post and then I will be back. The only thing that sticks out in my mind is Cheryl and her muffins (giggles to self}( )

** Traci** You crazy gal! 3 workouts again today:) I use to do things like that when I had the time. I also use to go for runs at 9:30 at night, now I just run for the bed at night:) What ever you do, have fun!:)
I don't go back to work until Nov or late Oct. I don't want to be a SAHM but part time would be perfect. Maybe by the time I have another one (if I have another one) DH will have the business paid off, be able to take bigger paychecks and then I can do whatever i feel like! LOL

**Amy** My mom had her first facial yesterday and she loved it! I bought her gift certificates last yr and she is just using them. She said it was her first but not her last. I can't see her spenind money on herself though so I guess I will have to keep giving her certificates for ever occasion. Mothers day is soon so I will give her one for then.
I don't have DOMS is my legs today:-( Prehaps it will kick in later:)

**Amelia** Try not to get discouraged about the 5 lbs but I know it is a bummer. Are you getting ready for TTOM? I haven't had a period since I have my son:) Yipee for breastfeeding~!

**Cheryl** Yep, i was right about the muffins. That was a funny story altough I am sure you were quit embrassed! Its even worse if there were people there you didn't know, if it were me and I knew them I would have laughed it off, but anyone who knows me would have laughed at me as well! Hope you had a good workout! I like KPC but I haven't done it in a long time.

**Mary** I think its great that you saved your moms messages. Actually, it tugged at my heart a little. Im sure you have great memories of your mom. Were you an only child?

Good Morning! Last night at work was uneventful. I just wish that I was able to preview new workouts while at work! Talk about multi-tasking!

Traci- I am glad that DH feels better today! I know that I hate it when DH is sick because I know that I will be following suit about a week later! I hope that you have fun with your workouts today! Enjoy the SQUEEZE!!

Lori- I love my facials! I started getting them about once a month about 4 yrs ago and had to stop because my lady got into management and stopped doing them. She recently left the management position and is back to doing what she loves.....customer care! She's the best and I have such fun with her! (She's also really good with the waxing, too! SHHHHH!;-) )

Cheryl- I am sorry about the speed-bump muffins! Too bad, also that you had to give up your precious yogurt, too!!x( }( :+

Don’t worry about disappearing posts… It happens! Good for you with the new cut! I wish I had the nerve to go short(er)… I cant wait to hear how you like it with working out / baby etc…. I bet it looks fabulous! That’s great that you have a few more months before going back to work! What do you do for a profession? DH owns his own business as well and we had to wait until it took off before I could finally choose to work or not. I also focused really hard on paying off credit card debt my last 2 years in workforce… That made all the difference in the world. From a financial standpoint I’m sure DH would like a second income but my work always had me traveling so he didn’t like being in charge of the household and “kids”. Its always a give & take with working or not working. I agree with your mom about facials! I had my first one 2 months ago and couldn’t believe what I was missing. I now ask for Spa gift certificates for “gift” months. Enjoy your run this morning!

Back kicks all feel a bit funny to me… I actually got really comfortable with them (and started doing them properly) when I started doing Kickboxing other than Cathe for awhile… Its an awkward move at first to go that fast (IMO) and in order to get the most out of the actually leg muscles you have to have good form- you can also experience hamstring & lower back issues without good form. I suggest practicing sets of back kicks in slow fashion until you know you have it down… Do you have any kickboxing that are not as fast paced as Cathes? KenpoX is fabulous- StrikeZone is AWESOME (Janis Saffell) etc… What you want to look for is more Drill type work than choreographed.

LOL on the Lats! That means you really had awesome form & power in Kenpo! Great job! To me if you do a Kick workout and have no general soreness then the whole point of Kick is missed and it just becomes more cardio. Just my thoughts. Hope dinner out was YUMMY!

Main Menu:

A WONDERFUL surprise…. Each of the 3 options under main menu are actually individual workouts not just premixes! Custom Squeeze choices actually are not all done as part of main selections. That means LOTS of options! If you did all the customs and both workouts you’d have extremely little duplication of moves. VERY NICE!

Lori-My weight finally went back down,I broke down and weighed in the afternoon yesturday,I just have to remember to drink that water!Hope to see a pic of your new haircut!I've been wanting to cut my hair,but sooo scared to, since its sooo thin! I've been taking vitaims to make it "bounce back to life",been helping a little!

I think todays workout will be lowimpact step and total body sculpting! I think its time to expand my workout selection!

Well my DS sippy cup went 'missing in action' agian,so I'll be back later!
 
Hi again, everyone!

PUB was wonderful, as always - followed up with 30 min of Step Blast routines - sounded better than the treadmill today. TOM is on in full force, darn it! This month is doing a number on me... this is my first long workout since Saturday, and I need it. Nice 90 min. workout today.

Amelia, hurray on the weight re-lost!!! Sounds like a nice workout planned. I hope you find the sippy cup ;)

K...I uploaded a picture of my hair. Not the best pic of me but oh well. Everyone at baby group said they liked it but was anyone going to say they didn't?

I did a 4.5 mile run earlier and I would like to get out for a walk later. Its a little grey out there so I don't know if its gonna rain.

Amelia, glad the weight came off! Phew!

Cheryl, I love PUB and I need to get it back. I let someone borrow it and I know its only at her house collecting dust!

Traci, I use to work at the airport. I worked at a refueling stop for private jets, going from Europe to the States...or vice versa. Its a nice job and not very stressful but it can be boring at times.

hello everybody!!looks like everyone has been busy posting and i just finished my run. last night i went to a japanese restaurant where they cook the food right infront of you. the food was o.k. but the chef was really funny so we had a good time. my little guy has finally learned to crawl so everytime i turn around he is gone:) that should help me burn even more calories:)

traci:i think you may have a addiction to workout videos and unfortuantely i can be of no help because i too share this obsession:) where did you work prior to working at home?

lori: i have 1 older brother...he and i close but more like friends. i am so happy to hear the baby slept a little longer you are soon going to wake up one morning and realize he slept the whole night.
by the way i LOVE,LOVE,LOVE the haircut. it looks great

Well ladies,got LIS done and kinda proud of myself cause usually those intesity blast get me every time!But not this time,I did the whole thing!(yipee I've mastered it finally!)

I finally found the sippy cup,(after a hour search with my son following me around saying"juice,juice,juice".)He put it in the Trash canx(! Got'a love kids:)!


Well tommorrow is WI,so maybe i've dropped a little!(got to stop WI during the week,takes the 'fun' out of it,if infact there is fun in it!).....bbl

Hi ladies,
Just a quick update!

I just got back from my friends doc. Everything went well! She is on med. and the infection in her breast are doing better! She had a baby 12 days ago and is breastfeeding!


My moms DH got released from the hospital yesterday??? The Doc. told my mom there is nothing they can do for him! He can't walk or do anything on his own! I guess we have to wait and see ??

After lunch I am going to do GS Legs! I am so tired, I had coffee late yesterday in the afternoon! I should know better!

I also have to clean house!

Traci-Maximum intensity cardio sounds scary,which workout is good for a beginner!ripped slim and lean(I've heard about this one), the kathy smith workouts sound intresting, And I really don't mind paying ya for them!
