Hi, everyone! Wow, everybody's been busy while I slept.
Traci, CONGRATULATIONS on your graduation from X. Wow. What an accomplishment. And hurray for the DOMS and the "see-able" results! (Always love when that happens). Yes, girlfriends are truly a thing that makes life worthwhile. A road trip would be so much fun. And if the timing doesn't work, we'll just have to arrange something else.
Jane - WOW, I am so glad your son is doing well enough he may be able to come home. You are right, losing the time off is a small issue compared to his life being spared. In fact, this whole experience may turn out to give him a new lease on his life, in many ways. I am so happy for you today.
Lori/Gidget - Bummer on the snoring hubby and the loss of sleep... aaagh! You are funny about him not being awake enough to truly appreciate the tongue bashing. I hope you love WW online. That's what I've been doing since Fall, up until I switched over to Spark People two weeks ago. I think you'll really enjoy the program and it's so easy to track everything online. It'll be fun to follow your progress.
LoriSax, HURRAY on your dad coming home!! LIC cardio sounds great. I haven't tried the arm drills for Cardio Kicks yet - will have to give it a whirl. Enjoy that Superbowl party!!
Amy, Good luck with your party!!! I hope it is fun. Sounds like you are having a decently good weekend
This morning I started out by facing the b-day party dishes (sigh - and no, it wasn't a sleepover, but I was driving girls home at midnight and didn't get to bed until 1:00). So the party clean-up is over and then I cut up all the shish-ka-bob meat so it can marinate.
Our church doesn't start until 1:00 this year. So I still have time for Muscle Max plus a nice TM run, I think. That's the plan. I still have plenty of time.
Well, off to the workout - and have a wonderful morning, everyone! I'll check back in later to see what everyone's up to.
