Good Morning to All!

after 2 dinners out this weekend I officially fell off Drs wagon of no yeast... had more tortilla chips & added 2 glasses of wine to last nights dinner... OH WELL! My weekend days were clean just not dinners so I figured if I eat 6 meals a day thats 180 meals in a month and failed to follow plan just these 2 meals I still will have follwed plan for 178 meals! Now hows that for looking on bright side! :7

Today is Rest / Yoga day.... First one all month and still feeling like I COULD do something but I just gotta let this bod recover a bit. After yesterday unbelieveable challenging lower workout I am feeling toght and warm but no pain or DOMS. I guess that shows how strong my legs got with the X!

BB in a few with personals from yesterday!

:7

:+ :+ :+ Personals:+ :+ :+ :+

JANE: Curious to hear how you decided to amuse yourself yesterday! Sorry Plan A didnt transform but I'm sure something delightful filled your day! Hope Cardio Kicks really KICKED IT for you yesterday... I just love that one!

AMY: LOL on Static Lunges! I just didnt know if I could do anymore lunges after leg blast (DM) yesterday... At some point ya gotta say when are all the lunges over kill & move on! Statics are not my best friend either! Great job on getting it all done yesterday! Imax 3 today.... Oh my you are feeling adventurous! I actually get so bored by long cardios now that I always seem to split workouts into mish moshes for variety of music and actual exercises. I'm getting good at creating faux P90X rotations I think but ready to start another 90 days in a few weeks.

BELINDA: Hope rest day was FABULOUS!!! I bet you didnt really "rest" did ya? We are women so true Rest days in life are few & far between!

GIDGET: Way to create an awesome interval/circuit workout! VERY VERY creative and sounds quite effective as well! That sounds like something I would actually use my TM for.... Just a few minutes at a time then GET OFF! lolol Good Luck on WI today. Hope your small dinner party was a lot of fun last night! What did you end up cooking?

LoriS: So had you done Leg Blast before? Yesterday was my first... I really think it was too heavy on lunges so I actually subbed more firewalkers & leg presses to add variety at the end. Good workout tho! I actually like it better in as produced form which is rare for me- I'm the Premix Queen! lol Hope you got a great leg burn going.

CHERYL: If you check in tonight- WELCOME BACK!!!! Hope the trip was loads of total fun and Kodak Moments!

Great day to all - May be around a little more today as DH will be watching golf all afternnon. I actually call golf "Nap TV". I start to watch and 30 seconds later I'm zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz's! LOL

Good morning Traci and all that follow....

I ran errands yesterday, got the grocery shopping done, bought TaxCut... now I just have to sit my butt down and do the taxes (YUCK!)... I'd rather do Cardio Fusion three times in a row! REALLY!

Traci - you are right about your two meals... it is only a small blimp on the radar when you put in perspective and there is that little pesky thing about being too restrictive, the ole bod is going to rebell! I finally got Tosca's book Eat Cleaning yesterday. Amazon must really be backordered on these. I started reading it last night. I think the catch though is you have to follow what it says instead of just read it (therein is the rub heh?!):p

The GS cookies are gone now and I ran by the little girl scouts at WalMart yesterday! Now let the detox begin :+

Have a nice Sunday everyone. I'm off to assemble my crockpot chili and turn it on and let it go.

Good Morning!

Last night was a decent night...not too much exciting.

Traci- I hear you about the perspective! One thing that I have truly learned on this journey is that you can't look at the negative, you always have to look on the positive!!! Like yesterday...I could have said that I can't do all those static lunges....no, I said that they present a challenge for me! Don't worry about the 2 meals! Like you asked a couple of weeks ago...."what is with those darn tortilla chips that make them so good???"

Jane- LOL about actually practicing what Tosca preaches!!! You're right...therein lies the rub!!! Congrats on racing past the drug dealers...er, I mean cookie pushers!!!

I hope that everyone had a good day and that everyone got the sleep/rest they needed (LoriG....)!

I am off to bed! I will see you all tonight!

Hi everyone....Traci, I did the Leg Blast from B&G's yesterday, I have never done the one form Drill Max, and after your description, I am not sure if I want too!!

I am going to do the cardio from LIC tonight, and do a couple of sections twice to give me an hour. I love that cardio, I love the music, especially in the warm up.

Today is the Daytona 500!! I love Nascar, more and more every year. I will be rooting for my main man, Dale Jr.

Amy, I am still knitting, and enjoy it so much!! I did not know how to add in a stitch, and from the book, it was hard to get, so last night I went to knittinghelp.com and watched a demonstration of it. How neat!! I did it, I was so proud of myself!!

Have a great day everyone!!

Lori

Hi Everyone!

Finally getting around to checking in. I went to do it earlier but te internet wasn't working. Big Surprise!

Last night we only had one couple over. Our business partners actually and then I called another one of our friends who is working all weekend and her DH and DD are out of town. So when she got off of work she came by. Two of those female friends are preggo so we had lots to talk about when it comes to babies:) For one of them its their 3rd and its another boy. I can only imagine how crazy their life is going to be in next month. All 4 and under.Shes nuts if you ask me. I would have waited till they were both in school.

Traci, we had a BBQ, with potatoe, veggies and shrimp.:9 Then the girls had a mini fondue. I didn't really count my points b/c I had all of my flex points left. Glad to hear your sore! I am thinking of comming up with my own rotation. I need to really start working body parts. I use to always use my circuit workouts with my TM. Sometimes it would end up being a 2-2 1/2 hour workout! But the runs were short and effective.

Amy, have a good nap!

Lori, enjoy nascar!

Oh,we were watching figure skating earlier and it was couples. They were doing some sort of spin and she came to close to his skate! His skate went right across her cheek! I think she is going to have a pretty good scar.

O.k so weigh in was today and I was down another 2.1 lbs.Thats 6.1 lbs in 2 weeks:)
I also did my workout. I did Imax extreme! Talk about a toughy. I hadn't done a interval workout since I had the baby. It wasn't to bad at all.

I should go put some laundry away I guess, and figure out what we are going to have for dinner.
Lori:)

Hi, everyone!

I'm back home - exhausted, but it was a wonderful trip. Took today as a rest day, and ate all kinds of treats today - a regular muffin, even some Cheetos in the car - yikes! Not like me at all, but I guess a cheat day once in awhile is okay.

Lori, congratulations on the 2.1 pounds down and the 6.1 in 2 weeks. You're on fire!

Traci, Jane, sounds like you've had good days.

More tomorrow - I'm pretty well crashing - but it was a wonderful trip and I'm glad to be back.

Cheryl

Cheryl- Welcome home!!! Don't worry about the 'treats'. One of my favorites (and most difficult to give up) is the Baked Cheetos!!!

LoriG- Congratulations on the loss!!! That's totally awesome! About the skating, it's very surprising that it doesn't happen more often!

LoriS- I am so glad that you found that site. I usually have to "visualize" a stitch or a sequence of them in order to be able to do them. If I can't visualize the directions, forget it!!! There are several ways to "add one" actually. Personally I like the "knit one in front and one in back before handing the stitch over to the right needle" way.

Traci- I hope that you got your yoga done! I may think about doing some tomorrow on my rest day, but I haven't decided yet.

Imax 3 tonight, I still just can't get into that one. I had to laugh though, during Blast 10 (wide hop on the step, hop legs together, then hop off, apart, then together again), DH asked me if I were a bunny rabbit. I, being frustrated with myself for just not being able to give the workout my all, said, "NO, I'm not!!! If I were, then this would be easier!!!" I keep trying to like it, though!!!
