Good Morning Ladies:) :)

Didn't have such a great start to my day:-( DH went to get coffee and when I warmed it up, I hit the cup on the mircowave and coffee went everywhere! And I mean everywhere. I think I was more rotted that my coffee was gone then I was about my mess. I even had to pull the oven out to get what was spilled. Anyway, its cleaned up now and DH went to get me another one:) I think he was afraid I was going to start crying if he didn't :eek: ;)

Well, I have a new plan:) Gonna stick to my current rotation for another little while, drink tons of water and eat 25 points a day. That should get the couple of pounds I found, off!!!! I didn't do so well yesterday either b/c I didn't really eat my meals, instead I just picked all day.

I have L&G and a run on tap for today. I may try to do my run before breakfast and L&G after...or a may do it all the one time:)

Good Morning Girly Girls!:)

My DH and I watched Reno 911(the moive) last night,it was everthing I expected it too be....a booby movie with stupid cops,LOL! It had some funny parts....I guess;-)!

I haven't figured out what workout to do today,either walk/jog for an hour or LIC,just the step part! I didn't do it all last week and kinda miss it!

Lori-Im glad you didn't spill the coffee on yourself...ouch! Your DH sounds like my DH,making you another pot of coffee! Except I probably would of started crying. When I get really mad,I cry!

Im putting my scale up for a while,Im so tired of it! Im gonna weigh inn on the seventh of every month(the same day I measure myself) and just keep on doing like Im doing! Im not doing anything wrong!

With that said....I feel like a blimp,I had a oink fest yesterday so today is back to 29pts,which isn't hard to stick too! I did drink my water and workout yesterday,so hopefully I won't gain! But when you eat chinese for lunch along with a 1/2 of a calzone for supper and a brownie sunday.....well....I feel like a blimp,LOL! BBL!

Amelia, its a good idea to put the scale away. I should ask DH to hind my scale at give it to me next sat. He would probably think that I was cracked though. Have fun with whatever workout you decide to do!

I just finshed a 6 mile run and L&G...ouch! My legs are tired! L&G is a really good workout but I've never done it very often. I just noticed that on the rotation, I am doing more leg work tomorrow! What was she thinking? I may be to sore to do more tomorrow!!!

Good morning!!!

Oh....brownie sundae. In this house, we take like three of those little brownie bites and heat them in the micro. Then scoop ice cream, fudge, nuts, etc. and scoop on top. Oh...wow...they're to die for. Don't beat yourself up, Amelia. I'm sure it was worth it. Pick yourself up and start again.

I did Leaner Legs yesterday and I'm already feeling it. What a workout that is....quick, mean, effective. Lori, I don't think I could every do a 6 mi run and then L & G. I wouldn't be able to walk. You're really good!!!!!! Sorry to hear about the coffee fiasco. I would have cried.

I haven't thought about what workout I'm doing yet. I may just go with Pyramid UB. I keep thinking about a rotation but it gets no further than that.

I will do MIS, I think, followed by a cardio workout today.

Lori, sorry about the coffee. Your day will have to go better from here!

Amelia, the brownie sundae sounds delish - but yes, you can pick yourself up from here and keep going. Sounds like hiding the scale is a good idea for you.

My exercise today is a 45 min. run! It is to hot outside to run!! In the 100 !!! Maybe I will do Cardio Kicks plus Abs!

Sounds like a lot of good workout going on today! Keep up the good work!

I am going swimming with friends later! I don't swim:+ It is only for fun!!

Lori- I am sorry to hear about the coffee spill. Isn't it annoying how spills like that can get in the smallest nooks and crannys! x( I hope your day goes better. Your legs will be feeling it from that workout you have planned!! Be nice to DH since he was such a sweetie and went an got another cup for ya! Like Amelia said it is good that you did not spill it on you. My Mom did that a couple of months ago and has the nastiest scares (plural) on her upper thighs- yes both- and she had such pretty smooth skin! :-(

Amelia Bedelia!- To answer your question from yesterday- no my sunburn does not hurt. It really never hurt- just more tender to touch. It is more than half peeled off now!;-) Glad to hear you are putting the scale up. Even though I do still weigh myself often- I have stopped letting it affect my moods. I used to get really bummed out when the scale did not read like I wanted it to!!! LOL!!! Now I really work at reminding myself that WW is not a diet, it is a way of life so... some days you will have Chinese food for lunch and a brownie sunday and other days/weeks you will be on points- that is life. It is a balancing act!! All of life requires balance- our workouts, our careers and our home life- balance!! Or you will be lopsided! LOL!!! :+

Cheryl and Belinda- sounds like good workouts for you. Belinda- make sure you put on sunscreen!!! LOL!!:7

I did a hi/lo workout (Tracey Staehele- Cardio Sweatfest has two workouts hi/lo and kickboxing) I was not crazy about and did not feel worked out so, I did a kcickboxing workout (Carribean Workout) and a core and stretching workout from another dvd- I used about three different workouts to put together one good workout in the end. I am about to get dressed and do some grocery shopping. I have a cookout to go to later. I will try to be good but they will have fried catfish and fried turkey!!!:9 What am I to do. I think I will pull out a cup of that frozen veggie soup for lunch- zero points!!

Woo hoo - a good workout today. MIS, 70 minutes, followed by MIC, 40 minutes. So a good 1 hour 50 minute double workout today to make up for lost time.

I'm a happy camper.

Nancy! Did you have to go into full detail about the sundae!? Geez women, can you give us a break?;)

Cheryl, sounds like you had a good workout today as well. I feel accomplished when I do long workouts like that but I wouldn't want to do them everyday.

Kim, good job on the workout. Don't you just hate it when you do a new workout and you don't feel worked out? It feels like a total waste of time to me, probably why I stick with Cathe workouts.

Well, I haven't stopped much today. I decided to do housework and once I got going it was o.k. DD's room is always a disaster and DS didn't want to go for a nap. He is rolling now so when I put him in his crib he rolled over and got stuck, then got mad, then I would have to go in and turn him over again...we must have did this about 12 times, then finally I picked him up and cuddled him to sleep:)
Ive done really good with my points so far and have only used 13:) 12 to go:)

Hey Girly Girls,just a quick pop inn before I go and vacum out my car,its getting pitiful!

Great jobs on the workouts today,Thumbs up! I got my walk done this morning before the heat of the day! Im glad I don't have anymore strength training to do, whew!

I've been good today,but my DH bought me some Grand Cosmopolitans and mmmmmmm, should I? Hee,hee!

You only live once right! I don't think one or two will hurt me,LOL!
Besides I did put my scale up and if Im very good this week,Im sure it won't make a difference anyway!
