Happy good Saturday Morning!

Last night was my free meal and I guess eating badly causes me to only need 5 hours of sleep! Wide awake today at 2:15am!

I have Amy Bentos All Pump Extreme on tap this morning and also want to get out for a little jog with Coach Sean.... I missed him this winter! The All Pump is 90 minutes so I'll need to get all over it as soon as DH wakes up.

Glad to see you checked in yesterday I was getting worried! So sorry about DH and flare ups...You do have a lot to handle for such a young woman. I hope both of you do better today! Very funny about SH Chest... I know what ya mean about not being able to use your arms as "clean lined" as we want once the DOMS has set in. You are gonna be so cut!

WooHoo on the new client!! Your energy is very very good now so expect nothing but good to flow your way! DH wants your new website info..He talked about a business trip to Utah ... After 6 years I learn that he thinks Utah is "one of the prettiest places in the world". The things we learn! I have been there twice but both were business conventions near the slopes- we never left the hotel! Are you running today?

Sorry I've been MIA...Everything is ok tho. I've been working out and eating good. I do have some stuff I'd like to share with you guys but I think I'll just PM you all if that's ok. I am making a promise to you all and myself to keep checking in cause I need you all. I've just had so much going on due to bad and stupid judgement and have just been beside myself. BUT I AM NOT IN A RUT OR ANYTHING AS FAR AS MY WEIGHT WATCHING GOES! Thank goodness for that.

I'm going back to bed now w/ DH since we're sort of snowed in here and it's still somewhat early. I will be back later. Promise.

Good Morning Watchers of Weight!:)

The scale was kind to me again today....136.5 lbs. Good compared to last weeks 139.7. So I pretty much lost 3 lbs this week. I don't know if I will log in my wait today or weight until tomorrow morning when its my true weigh in day. 7.5 lbs away from my pre preg weight and 12.5 from my goal of 125!

My buns are sore from yesterdays walking lunges. I should do those a couple of times a week to get my glutes up!:) I think I need a little lift back there b/c being pregnant certainly do them any favors. Im not sure what todays workout is. I may do another long run or BM2...or something like that. I would like to workout now but its 10:30 and DS fed at 8 and I know it won't be long before he is ready to eat again.

Traci, I hope you enjoyed your eating frenzy!:) Im going to a friends house tonight alnight and we would normally have some sort of frenzy but we both just had babies so its healthy eating all the way.

Kali, I noticed that you were missing. Glad to hear that everything is good though cause I thought you may have fell off the wagon and you were to ashamed to check in:eek: ;)

Good morning everyone,
I did another pm workout I finished LowMax at 10pm. It felt like a walk in the park compared to cardio fusion from the night before. Today, I have not yet decided. I will do some kind of strength work out, not sure yet. Woke up to great big drifts of snow this morning. My kids are sleding and the snow drift next to the house is so high it's almost up to the window itself. So my son's sledding and usually you can't see him out the window but due to the snow he's at window height. Tonight's my 9 turning 10 year olds birthday, I have some prep stuff to do for that today. The snow actually gave me a day off today, usually I work Saturdays. I have so many things I want to get done!

Tracix - sorry about the insomnia. Your good to work out so hard after so little sleep. How does the "All Pump" compare to cathe? I am surprised to read that the ww forums were so negative, I wonder what that's about. Wow, I'll have to add strike zone to my wish list. What a review!

AmyA3 - My weigh in day is Monday too! I don't actually go to the meetings but have my weekly weigh in at home. It's my self designated day to actually measure my hopeful success by. I hope the rain held off for you yesterday and you got your walk/run in.

Lori - I'll have to do cardio fusion a few more times before I have a real opinion on it. It's the only compilation dvd I have. I wonder if Terminator is worth the purchase. If you already have the workouts themselves, putting the money out for a workout when there's nothing on it. I spend so much money on workout dvd's and workout wear, and workout equipment. I need a second job just to pay for it all. Good for you on your hard workout yesterday - 6 miles and THEN lunges!

Cheryl - congrats on your weight loss, stress can be effective that way. I'm glad you're having good luck in business too.

Teddygirl- wow I've never done BM2 doubles! That is a true testament to your upper body strength. Fantastic! Sounds like you've done a lot of workout rotations. Don't you ever wake up and just do not want what's on the menu? That's why I'm aprehensive of doing a rotation. I always just pick my flavor when faced with my immediate workout.

Belinda - I hope your daughter's better, it must be really concerning when your so far away.

Amy - Sorry bout your husband, has his back given him trouble before? Hope he feels better quickly.

Hey Ladies,Good Morning!
I did get my walk in yesturday it was nice!I tried to walk atleast once a week(if the wheather holds up),and I'm trying to find a meeting that is close to my house,and NOT on monday evening!I'd rather WI on friday}( !

Today is a rest day(its not suppose to be,but because of finals on tuesday,I had to rearrange my w/o schedule) and tommorrow will be body fusion,then I start my seventh week of beginner rotation on monday with low impact step!:7

Heather,I actually thought about doing the weigh at home thing and stop going to meetings,but if I have a scale at home I WILL be on it everyday!I bought one last summer,then threw it away,I was obsessed with WI everyday!I just hate paying everyweek,thought about doing the monthly pass thing!Good Luck on your WI on monday!But,Im sure you don't need it;);)!


Well My DH is home on the weekends,so can't be on the computer to long,I will catch up with you ladies on monday!

I hope everybody has a SAFE and funfilled weekend ! And HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY!!!!!!!!
 
Good morning...mom did not come home yesterday, the test needs to be given again on monday so we will see. today i am either going with kenpo x or a run hmmmm!!! i have not wighed myself since last monday so i am excited to see if i lost any weight.

traci:if i ever need to sell ANYTHING you are the lady to come to. the little write up you did for that video was....well lets just say it should arrive at my front door on tuesday. i am very excited

heather:do you have trouble sleeping when you work out too late. i would like to get a worout in at night but sometimes it is hard for me to sleep.

Heather, I own all of the Cathe workouts and the Terminator is well worth the money. I kinda thought that Cardio Fushion was gonna be 2-3 different kinds of workouts on one dvd, but it isn't is it? LOL I don't think I want to check the money out just for another cardio workout. If it were a mix up of cardio and circuit workouts (like her other ones) then I would buy it.
Lucky for me, DH owns a sporting goods store so any workout stuff I buy is at cost:) He recently ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for me that only cost me the price of one pair and they are really nice.
Enjoy your snow day. Somedays I wish I had more, just so I could lounge around in p.j's but...I don't want anymore snow!

Amy-3, weigh ins here are on Monday night to and I could never figure that out. Even thursday night would be better then Monday night. The weekends are a good time to indulge..or maybe thats why they do it on Mon so people will stay focused over the weekends.

Still no workout done. I did feed the family,do the dishes, clean my floors, vacum, laundry, wax my bikini line and my legs...now I am waiting for the little one to wake up and THEN I will workout...if I have any energy left, that is:)

He-He...well, I entered my weight on line and I got a slap on the wrist b/c I am losing weight to rapidly. How werid is that? I am going to edit my weight tomorrow if it is down further, just so I can get a double slap:) Ive lost 12.5 lbs in 6 weeks, not to shabby. I bet I would still be 149 if I didn't do ww online.

Thanks for the congrats Cheryl. 120 is getting closer!!! If I keep doing the no loss one week and the bigger lose the following week, it will take me another month to see 120:)
Enjoy your 7 miler.Im still debating my workout. Rylan fed at 8 so I wouldn't workout, it is now 12:30 and he is still asleep. Once again I could have had my workout over with.Ill never figure this kid out

Yesterday I went to my German Kaffeeklatsch:D I had so much fun! We had a pot luck and it was outside! My DH was off work too. So I ended up not working out yesterday. In the evening we were invited to my friends house Maria she is from Greece. She made real Greak food! Food was so yummy:9 :9 :9 I didn't count calories}(


Cheryl I am so happy for you on your weight and buissnes:) You are so close to your goal weight:D Enyoy your 7 mile run!

My workout is complete:) I did BM2 but didn't do the abs b/c someone was hungry again;) I think I will do a long run tomorrow if I am home in time.

Belinda, it sounds like you had a great evening yesterday. It was better the mine.All I did wass watch DH spend money on a 42" plasma t.v, and the I watched everyone eat McDonalds and KFC, while I had a salad.Its easy to stay away from that stuff though cause im breastfeeding.Now, if only I could some how make sweets gasy...then I wouldn't eat that either:)

I took an easy run today - about 5 miles of run/walk - the week caught up with me and I needed a little more rest. Have had a great afternoon going through clothes, though - mending, sorting, and trying back on the clothes I haven't been able to wear for 2 years!!!
I'm having a blast. It's going to be a fun summer.

I bought a little crochet shell I can wear over my tight "legging" style jeans... and I also have a fun pair of black leather pants I got on eBay I had completely forgotten about. With a suit blazer I can get away with them for business }( }( }(
