Gooooood Morning Ladies!

Yep,Im up early today,my ds kept waking so I decided to stay up the last time he woke! Today is the start of a new rotation,the march 07'intermediate one! Im realy excited!

Todays workout will be LIC,Im not sure what time I will do it. Im hoping these two cups of coffee will influence me to do it in a couple of mins,LOL!

Belinda~Thanks for the advice on the subsitutes last night for my new rotation! I don't think I have Muscle endurance(Get ready for a dumb question ;-))or is that a type of workout? BTW-I love your Picture trail,Did you ever figure out how to do the headlines?

And A big GOOD MORNING to the rest of the gang! Mary,I hope everything is alright....keep us posted!
 
Good Morning Amelia and all you follow:) :)

Well, guess who took a little nap on the couch yesterday evening and couldn't get to sleep at 1:00 in the morning???? I probably would have napped for longer but my MIL's friend as a new thing...if she can't find my MIL, she calls herex( Whats the big deal? And if she can't find my MIL's bro...she calls my MIL. Everything is a big panic all the time...no one is dying! And she is one of those people that can talk and talk and talk...nice lady,just doesn't know when to shut up;) LOL

All I did yesterday was my run and lazied around the house. It was a weird day. One min it was sunny, the next not and when the sun went in, it was cold out. And today doesn't seem to be much better.
So today I have to do BBW and UB from yesterday and my rotation calls for Imax 3...but I may end up going for another run.

Amelia, I hope you enjoy your rotation. I think I am gonna stick with the BBW rotation, for atleast another 2 weeks...I may even do it the month of July..

My eating as been good the last few days and I think the scale is gonna go down!!!! The hardest thing is trying to stay off of it for the next few days:)

Question,I don't have Pyramid UB or Lb,You guys think I could subsitute PH or MIS for those two?

Belinda,Im sure You'll get it figured out! I saw your question in Open Disscusion,your sure to get some good How-too's there! It took me forever to figure out how to post my avatar,LOL!

Lori,your so funny about the whole MIL calling thing! I get the same thing here,my MIL worries when she dosen't see my DH's truck in the driveway when hes suppose to be home!(yep,she lives that close:+ )

Well ladies,I could of got my WO done by now,I figured my kids would be up an hour agox( ,Im still waiting for them to wake up! Im bored,LOL! Guess I'll go preview body max,still haven't done that one yet!
 
Amelia, I'm sure you could substitute PH or MIS for PUB/PLB; you'd just need to choose a pre-mix for just upper or just lower body to get the equivalent deal of a one-hour workout on just upper or lower.

Supersets might be a good equivalent too, if you have that.

I did 1/2 of B&G... thinking I need cardio for the rest of my workout, so I'm pausing for a bit inbetween.

Lori, I've been eating clean for the past few days, too. I'm ready to go the distance on this thing! We can do it together, eh?

I see everyone is doing well. I had a busy weekend and had a hard time checking in! My eating we good too.

I'm not sure what's on tap for today. I'm thinking cardio & weights (cardio?) or something like that.

Two and a half days of school left. Yayyyyyy!!!! Summer is here!!

I can't wait to preorder this new series!!! I'm secretly hoping it's filmed already.

Hey Chickie Poohs!

How are you all doing today! I had a wonderful weekend!! I went to the best outside concert last night. Jazz- Russ Freeman and the Rippingtons and India Arie (she is actually more R&B). I did not get home until midnight so- no early morning wwo for me. I will get to it this evening. Actually, reading you alls post, I think I will make me up a rotation for the rest of the month and July including more cardio- esp. step. I shy away from step b/c I am so uncoordinated- but I really like it.

I am excited about the presale!

Belinda and Cheryl I am so jealous that you are going on the RT!!! Have fun!!

Belinda- nice pics of the family!!

Amelia- since you do not have PUB and PLB, if you really want to do the routine, you can get the breakdown of the exercise and do it w/o the vid. I have a copy of Cathe's compodium and if you like I can e-mail it to you- it has the breakdown of all her workouts minus the newest ones. However, I am sure if you send out a post in GD someone will have a compodium w/breakdown of even the new one! If fact, I think I will sent out the SOS to see if it is out there on both this board and VF. BTW, I hope that DS feels better!! :-(

Lori- Sounds like you had a good Sunday! minus MIL annoying friend!

Hey Girls:)

My workout is done for today. I did what I had planned, but I only did 7 seg of Imax 3. I was planning on going for a walk later but its raining now, who knows...I still may get out:) My workout took me about 2 hours.

Cheryl, I think we can do it together to! I lose weight quickly when I stick to something...my problem is sticking to it;) LOL It was totally different when I had to lose 20 baby pounds though. Now that its the petty 5 lbs, its not such a big priority.

Amelia, did you get your workout done yet? I hate waiting for the kiddies to wake up to! When he was a newborn, I would put off my workout b/c he was due to bed fed...then he would sleep for another 90 mins. There were a few times I could have had my workout done before he woke.PUB and PLB are pretty hard to sub, its a totally different workout. You could just take certain moves and do the pyramid system on your own.

Kim, nice to hear you had a good weekend. When is your next weigh in?

Nancy, Im secretly hoping the workouts are filmed as well...but I don't think thats the case!lol I was reading through some stuff yesterday and Im not sure how they are gonna pull off all of those workouts again this yr. I have a feeling it will run into next yr.

Belinda, are you sore? Did you catch up!? }(

Well, tonight I am going to the hospital to visit a friend who just had a baby. Thats my last friend for a while.No more babies! LOL

Whew,I got LIC done...its sooooo much fun! I thought I'd never get"girls just a wanna have fun" out of my head,LOL! Now I have to do some house cleaningx( !

The only one i've been to was on a cruise ship,but it wasn't really a concert but more of a showgirls kinda thing....I liked it just the same! I take that back i have seen the little concerts at local bars with local bands(before me and DH got married).OK enough mummbleing :7 have a good day!

Lori-Yea,I finally got my workout done and my kids where slowly working there way into the living room(where I w.o) about an hour into it x(,luckly it was almost over! It was funny because on the last step combo my ds stood in the hallway, just a watching me.I guess he was trying to figure out what I was doing:eek:!

Belinda-I saw earlier that there was like 6 responses to your question on open disscusion! I hope there helpful with your "picturetrail adventure";-)! Don't feel bad,I can't do it either!

Nancy-I bet your one excited lady! Have you got any plans after school ends? Maybe a vaction!

Cheryl-I also thought about doing the upper body on mis for an subsitute for pub,I don't have supersets,but its on my x-mas list;-)! Did you get the rest of B&G done?

I was just over there looking at Imax 2x( with cardio and weights), Please stop me,Im addicted!}(My DH just looked at me and shook his head,we have this agrement NO MORE workout dvds for a while!( it Might happen;-) ) Any hoot,what workout do you have plan today?

This is not what I was trying to find for you- this just rates the difficulty of Cathe's workouts. But- for a breakdown of the workouts checkout the catalog- but it does not give you the name of the exercise or a description. Also, I found this-

Amelia, there's always the YaYa swap - heh, heh- it's not eBay and I've generally gotten cheaper prices from there.

No, didn't do the second half of B&G because I wanted the full hour of cardio.

Lori, you and me are too much alike, girl... will of iron until it gets down to the petty last 5 pounds... now is the time to find our resolve. We can do it!

I made it through the weekend without treat food and with all good workouts. Here's where it begins. Weighed in at about 129 on the nose this morning. Gotta get back down to at least 121.

Got my Cathe pre-order in!!!! That should help }( }(

Instead for the 45 min. run,I did LIC Cardio Blast Timesaver 48/2 min. The premix is so much fun!
