For BACK I'll be doing PUB + SuperSets
For Cardio I'll do Step segments only of Imax 2 & 3... No blasts as I worked legs yesterday.

Nice workout Traci... the pyramids are my favorite total body workouts.

Today for me will be Meaner Legs... oh it has been a while since I've done that one. I can remember well though why they call it Meaner Legs!

Belinda - I've never been to Ft. Bliss.... DS graduated from basic from Ft. Sill, OK and we went out there for graduation. He did his AIT training at Bliss and then was shipped to S. Korea for two years. He and DIL met at Ft. Bliss as they were the same MOS and were fortunate to get the same assignment in Korea. They spent their last year at Bliss before getting out, but I never made the trip out there.

Day one of good eating down, looking for #2 today.

Jane: You are back on a roll with your eating! YEAH!!! just gotta get thru the major stress periods and all levels out once again. So happy CC got your endorphins flowing! I have my new running shoes all set to try out with Coach Sean just as soon as it warms up & stops raining! Good job pre-planning weekly meals! I find that just doing that kind of activity re-wires my brain about food choices.Enjoy your meaner legs! Its one of Cathes best overall I believe! Can you say OUCHIE! Continued healing thoughts on DS!

Amy: So you did B&G but whats the "review"? Are you as in love with it as many are? VERY cool about feeling cardio kicks! I think sometimes we tend to forget what workouts are all about... Kick to me is extra shoulder, back & leg work with cardio being just a sweet added benefit. P90X Tony really taught me about that concept & it has forever changed my workouts! Hope you & DH are continuing to bounce back from fiasco. ENJOY rest day!

BELINDA: I have feet issues too... Wish I could tell you that Ryka of any style are the answer but I have 4 different styles and I just have to rotate thru all 4 every week to keep my feet happy.. actually for me its toe issues. Maybe instead of continuing w/ Ryka (they arent for everyone) go to a sporting goods store and tell the guy you need shoes for high impact aerobics with fabulous lateral support. Try some on that aren't Ryka. I also like Asics & New Balance.

CHERYL: ^^^ 5 on seeing that 125 #!!!! I am so excited- cannot imagine how teeny tiny you are right now! You just go girl! LOL on GS Legs... It is SOOOOOOO GOOD! Your workout planned for today sounds quite challenging! Ch/Tri + Imax??? A full body BLITZ!

LoriS: OMG YOu got Janes munchies going!!! You can beat it! Just find your most decadent clean food & eat that! For me its PB with ANYTHING! Sometimes just feeling like I can have yummys makes me feel better. Even if you are over indulging at least its on a clean vs processed food! Just my rationalization!

GIDGET: ^^^^^^^5! What a wonderful accomplishment for you! You have to be on cloud 9 right now and so proud of all the hard work you are doing to accomplish such an amazing loss! I am inspired by you!!!

Here's the 30 Day Yeast / Dairy / Sugar Fast

A controlled x( list of foods:

I ate this way 95% already so I dont know why I'm feeling so deprived. Possibly my daily staples are gone... Tortillas, Soy Mayo, Protein Drinks, String Cheese. Those were 3 mini meals a day for me.

One of the rules is to eat each day as 1 protein choice... IE: Mondays = Fish all day as protein source
Tuesdays = Turkey all day as protein source
etc.... I'm not following that part! My taste buds went numb day 1 and I ended up eating only 900 calories! I'll go into starvation mode on that. Once I mixed protein sources I was at least able to get my appetite back.

More personals in a bit as I am off to Academy to look for plate mates, additional BB plates etc... Feels SOOOO GOOD to be adding to the weight inventory!

I added in CTX because I just didnt feel worked long/hard enough for a 1 body part a day! I took longer breaks than Cathe throughout and finished in 35 minutes. Heart rate stays up real nicely when lifting heavier doesnt it? Added Perk!

Cardio will get done between now and 4pm.....

Good Morning.....I am going to try Core for a week or so and see how I do with that. Maybe better?? I did it before, and the stop when satisfied thing did not work so well for me. I am just so sick of weighing and measuring, and getting very little protein. So, we will see how I do. I am going to start a TLT/Cathe rotation today. I will do TS C, B, and Bi's, and EFM. I am falling apart too. It is very discouraging. I have figured out what is bothering my elbow, my knitting. I do not understand how simple knitting can bother my elbow, especially it is my left arm which I hardly use. My lower back is also so sore, have you had enough of my whining?? Can you tell I am deep in PMS mode?? I'm sorry!!!

Traci- It's all in your perspective!!! We always want what we aren't allowed to eat!!! About B&G, I enjoyed it and Cathe incorporates some really different, but good moves to target that area. For example, the one-legged low lunge thing-ies....OMG!!! I totally couldn't finish the set and still stand!!! I liked the walking lunges with the plie' squats into plie' hops....TOTALLY felt them!!! I hope you have fun at Academy and Yea for you on being able to put additional weight on your shopping list!!!

Well, I had a "surprise" mandatory staff meeting after work today, then stopped and got DH's glasses out of the wrecked truck. I am tired and off for a nap!!!

Amy, don't be impressed too fast - I ended up doing GS tri's and chest but only half of iMax2 - since I did 2 hour workouts both Sat and Sun I had hit my limit, I decided...

My legs still feel like JELLY. Major lower body DOMS, hurray!

I’m just getting to work took ½ day vacation. My weekend was goooooooodddddddd always enjoy being with my sister. Weigh-In the same, I'm glad about that:D

This morning, I did Strong Legs & Abs. Tonight, if I have the energy I plan to do Kick Max. I’ll check back.

I am home again and I managed to do C&W before the little one woke up. Ive been so busy that I haven't even gotten on line and my daugther was hogging the computer so I couldn't see what the rotation called for today.

So.........just wanted to let everyone know that I am still alive. Eating was a little off yesterday but I am back on track again today.

Hi Gang! Wanted to stop in and come up for air! Feel like I'm running 2 hours behind schedule today so quick post til I can get back to respond appropriately to all your inspirational posts!

Just finished Imax 2 & 3 Step Combos...GREAT 45 minute workout! Back is toasty from this morning... It looks like a lot on paper but actually its only 3 sets of 8 moves. Not that tough really!

TG- I saw a Fluidity infomercial at work early one morning and basicially it's a ballet barre that you can set up in your home to do that type of exercises. It doesn't use weights, but your own body weight and it's supposed to tone and shape your body to that similar to a ballet dancers......long, lean muscles. It's a pretty cool little set up, but I'm about coordinated in that area as camel with clogs-heels on!!!

Cheryl- Well, I can still be impressed, *especially* after your marathon workouts this weekend!!! If I forgot to tell you earlier, congrats on the scale!!! That's awesome! I think that my 2 legs together weighs about that much!!!;-)

Woke up this afternoon (and this morning) to LOTS and LOTS of phone calls. I don't mind, though, but several of them entail getting a rental vehicle that I am really not interested in DH having right now! I get that he needs independence and all, but he also needs to chill out. Of course, he's looking at it from the standpoint that he's got appts and he doesn't do well in my baby car at all!!!

Lori- That's the biggest reason why I actually print out the rotation and leave it where my workout tapes are. I go, see what's called for, then pop it in the player. It's also a very nice feeling when you're done and taking the workout out of the player to be able to cross that workout out as being "DONE"!!!!

Off to read a card I received in the mail from a special buddy and my new Oxygen magazine. Oh, last night, a co-worker had Health magazine that really looked interesting. I looked online and requested a free copy. We'll see.....

Guess we were both thinking iMax2 this morning - but I only made it through 30 minutes after GS Chest/Tri's :)

I'm looking through your food list again. Can you have Oatmeal/PB muffins? They are a quick bread (no yeast) and no oil or fat in them -mainly just oatmeal, PB, eggs, whole wheat flour and a little agave nectar as a very low glycemic sweetener. If you don't still have that recipe I can post it. Maybe that would keep you sane. I ate 2 of those a morning all last week. I like them best warmed with a little soy margarine on top, but even as is they were my salvation.

Does anyone know where you can get Greek yogurt? While I was in SF I had a fruit and yogurt cup from the mall eatery in the big Nordstrom center at Union Square... it had very thick tangy yogurt with crunchy granola in it and strawberries and blueberries. SOOOO good. Would love to make one like that.

Amy, hope you made it through the meetings and phone calls okay. Yayy, on the new Oxygen mag! I gave in and finally subscribed through Amazon...

Well, work is over at last! On to our evening. Yayy!

My poor DH had to stay home from work today with a splitting headache.
Hopefully he's feeling better tonight.

Cheryl: Those muffins sound sooo good to me right now... I could do them but cant have any kind of floursx( I actually broke down today and had a revovery Power Bar (high in sugar)... OMG the headache started within 10 minutes! Guess I need to finish this detox and just suck it up! On Greek Yogurt I'm assuming a health food grocery store? Glad you had such a wonderful workout!

AMY: Busy day for you eh? So glad you liked B&G! I like it but not goo-goo for it like some. Its different and thats a good thing! Still dont feel the burn like GS Legs or Meaner Legs tho. I'll be tackling those premixes soon tho! Hope rest day was FABULO-SO!

GIDGET: ^^ 5 on C&W! You are getting to be a pro at getting those workouts timed w/ naps!

TEDDYGIRL: So nice you had 1/2 day today!!! Sounds like the weekend was perfect with sis!

I am pretty much eating same things now- until this yeast free thing- so it shouldnt be awfully difficult. Your new rotation sounds good...VARIETY! Our bodies love that! So sorry about elbow & PMS... This too shall pass!

Popping in before I go to bed. DH is on his way home so he gets the baby while I hit the sack:) I feel bad though b/c I love spending time with DH and its not really possible anymore. I love sitting around in the evenings and watching a couple t.v shows with him but sleep is a priority right now:)

Traci, I am timing those workouts. Actually, after I feed him I start working out b/c I know he is happy for while and if he stays awake for a little while then there is a slim chance that I may get a nap after my shower...that hasn't happened yet though:-(

Amy, I don't have a printer here so I cant print the rotation off. That is a really good ideal though. Crossing them out would feel nice. Last yr I had a calender in my workout room and I would write down all of my workouts...that was up until I found out I was preggo. I think I threw the calender out when I moved but it would be nice to look back and see what crazy workouts I was doing last yr this time. My knees and ankles are bothering me though and I don't know why. Maybe I need new sneakers but I thought being pregnant would give my joints a break from the high impact or it could be the extra 15 lbs I am carrying around, although 15 lbs isnt that much weight.

Cheryl, good luck on finding your yogurt. I didn't know the Greek had their own yogurt;) Maybe they have different cows over there:)

Eating as been good today. And Im not hungry either! I have a feeling that will change though when I stop breastfeeding and I only get 20 points a day:eek:
