Up early today - no real reason just feeling chipper!

BBL...:) Definitly a big coffee day as its only 17 degrees outside... last of the winter blast until next week then we are home free I think & I can ride my new bike !!

Good morning!!

Traci - DS is doing well. He bought a truck this week to replace the one he wrecked. The one he wrecked was practically new and even though he got enough from insurance to more than cover what he owed on it, he decided to buy an older model and just pay cash. His dad is going to help him tune it up today and make sure it is in top running condition. Smart on his part, I believe, to go this route since he has a baby on the way.

So far, so good on eating... had a few moments the last couple of day but I only ate extra portions of good food. All the bad stuff is locked up!!! DH will be home today so I'll have to face the music (GS cookies) this weekend!

Hope everyone else is doing okay... gotta get to work!

Jane, so glad things are going well for DS and it sounds like he made a smart decision on the truck. Sounds like you've maintained your nutrition pretty well. Whew. I ordered only 2 boxes of the GS cookies for DH - don't want to be getting into those!

This afternoon we go to Boise (me, all 5 of my children, DIL, and the grandbaby) in the Excursion to introduce the baby to my parents, brother and SIL and their two children and my sister. It'll be an adventure! I'll be working out in the hotel tomorrow morning.

We'll be coming back Sunday. DH has to stay here because he missed work on Monday so he has to coach some clients over the weekend as makeup. That's okay, though, I think he could really use the rest, much as I'd love to have him with us.

This morning is Rhythmic Step. Yayy! I wore a big blister on my foot wearing my cross-train shoes to run TM intervals yesterday. Oops. A few bandaids over the spot.

My plans for this evening, let me see, hm...(((REST))) I swear last night was rough but good. I spent time with my father, you know whom I’m talking about the CEO of the universe;) ;) I did not fall asleep, it was way after 2am. My alarm clock shut itself off, cuz I wasn't moving, not for a second. I’m feeling reallll good this morning, and I'm happy:D

Tonight, I’m going home to preview KPC & L&G Yeah!!!! It's going to be one of my workout for tomorrow. I’m starting with chest tomorrow, I’m going to work chest reallll goodddd…………Oh my fat jeans are loose today, step on my scale and I’m down 1 lb, body is looking leaner. I can’t wait to see the results that I’m about to get in my UB soon………back to work, I’ll check in later. Be safe!!!

Forget the TGIF, more like TGIM (Thank God Its Morning)!;( ;(

So last night I am feeling VERY sleepy and I decide to go to bed early and get a good nights sleep. I even plan on pumping off some milk so DH could feed the baby and I could get 5-6 solid hours of sleep. I go to bed at 10 and I don't even know if I fell asleep, for one thing, I have been watching to much about Anna Nicole Smiths problems and I kept dreaming about that. And when I wasn't doing that, I was trying to figure out what was going to happen on the Young and the Restless next!
Dh comes into the room b/c he warmed up the bottle but now the baby is asleep. I tell him..."Im not sure if you can rewarm breastmilk again" so he puts the baby in the bassinet but his two eyes pop open! HE takes him back downstairs and feeds him his bottle. Then at 12 he brings him back into the room and the same thing happens again but DH is no where around so I pick the baby up but he doesn't want to go back to sleep. We lay there for a while trying to get him asleep, then DH takes him downstairs so the baby can fall asleep in his swing while DH sleeps on the couch. He isn't gone long b/c now the baby is hungry again! So I feed him...but his eyes are still wide! Finally, I am the one taking my pillow,baby and tissue downstairs and making a bed on the couch. He is in his swing for 10 mins and fast asleep. I ended up sleeping on the couch till 5 and then we moved up to the room.
He wasn't fussy or crying but he didn't want to go to sleep either! It was not a good night and I hope he doesn't intend to start doing this to us all the time.

Now...I was gonna write personnals but with my rant I totally forgot what everyone else posted. I know Traci is whining about her weather again..and Teddy is talking about her good sleep:p :p :p You two sure know how to rub me the wrong way! Not to mention that Traci doesn't need any sleep!

Not sure what workout I will be doing today. If I have time I may try DM but if I don't I may just hop on the treadmil again. Its always a fast workout b/c my warm up is short and the workout is over in 30-40 mins.

Report Card Time

Completed Chest & Shoulders from Pyramid, CTX & Supersets. Only took about 55 minutes... I'm toast again! LOL
Halfway thru I was thinking.. Oh heck I'll add in some cardio when I'm done since I'm already sweaty....Not gonna happen today!

So tomorrow is B&G Leg Blast Mix- That should do me in!

As far as next week I am making two changes to see if I can maintain a little more umph in mid week workouts.
1) Continue with 1 part a day but just use GS no add on strength work
2) Change Ab work to 3x Pilates (15-20 minutes each)

We'll see how that works for me in terms of energy and muscle recovery.

Off to get my shaggy dog hair cut so will BBL with personals! Great day to all!!!

Mon: Gym Style Back/Biceps and Shoulders
Tues: Imax 3
Wed: GS Chest and Triceps/ any segment of coremax
Thurs: Any all step workout of your choice/any segment of coremax
Fri: Gym Style Back/Biceps and Shoulders
Sat: off and stretch
Sun: GS Chest and Triceps/Light 30 minute run

WEEK TWO:

Mon: Imax 2
Tues: Slow and Heavy Triceps and Biceps
Wed: Any all step workout of your choice
Thurs: S&H Chest and Back/ 30 minute run
Fri: 30 minute run and leaner legs/12 minutes of ab hits
Sat: S&H Shoulders/ any segment of coremax

Tues: Imax One

Good morning everybody,

I relaxed for the most part yesterday(my nose is stuffed up), but after reading all your posts I felt guilty for not working out! So late in the afternoon I ended up doing PH. I am glad I did!

Today is a 45 min run. My husband has a four day weekend, so we decided to go to the gym. I am going to try to run for the first time in almost 2 years. x(

I just added Cardio Kicks & Circuit Max DVD to my wish list, Now, I’m not so sure if I want it. First, there’s NO premixes for these workouts. What’s the use of me spending $52.00 when I have both them on VHS. She asking a bit much, you think.

UPS just delivered L&G DVD; I have a question, below is a list of all the premixes on this DVD. Is it what is or do I have to use the workout blender to get these awesome combinations, does that make sense? If I have to use the bender it’ll never happen x( x( I’m not that smart, I can barely work my CD player and it have over 50 options. I just want to push play

Lori Gidget, wow I am so sorry to hear about the hard night you had. New babies are such a challenging time. I feel for ya - and so impressed you're hanging in there as well as you are. And especially impressed you're back in your normal jeans --- YAYYY!!!!

Traci - when you go to the bay are you in downtown SF ever? If you are, it's in that big food court underneath the mother-of-all-Nordstroms that they had that center thing of healthy treats and that's where the fruit and yogurt cup was. Looked like the McDonald's kind of deal, but was definitely 1,000x better! Also, my client pointed out a Mexican place in there that had fresh grilled shrimp over fresh made guacamole... too yummy... definitely both good things to try.

Weighed in this morning - 125.4 still, as it has been all week. Feeling good, though, and like I'm settled in for some more progress. I hope so!!!

YES there is a section in the main menu that says premixes...go there and there ya go! Have fun playing with all those mixes this weekend! We'll miss you as always around here!

I am well, just in another one of my moods. I am struggling with not eating everything in the refrigerator, and I did not get a workout in either. I had to take a migraine pill this morning, and it just knocked me out, I am so sleepy!!!

I hope to be in a better mood tomorrow, I would hate to have you kick me out of the check in!!!

Got up a bit before my alarm went off. Made some oatmeal so I can have it before heading out to work.

No, Traci, I didn't post that I didn't like my haircut. I don't know where that came from. I just said that it was a bit short, but I don't mind as it grows really fast.

LoriG- I am so glad that you are able to get into your jeans! I meant to say a cheer for you yesterday, but I forgot in all the busyness of last evening. I am so sorry that DS is not cooperating with the sleep schedule. Be thankful that you aren't working full time outside the home and having to deal with the insomniac baby!

Traci- does Greek yogurt taste differently? There's only one place here in town that I could maybe find it and it's on the other side of town! I was trying to answer your email earlier today when my computer shut down. Now, DH is having problems getting it back up!

Cheryl- I hope that you enjoy your weekend. Congrats on the stable scale!

I must go change for my workout. It's supposed to be an interval run, but I think that it's going to be the Press Play Cardio Coach workout. I love that one!

Good evening,

I ran almost 30 min. and walked up hill for 10 min. It felt really good. I was so suprised because last time I ran/walk I could not get my breathing under control. It was much easier for me to run on the TM rather than outside. I am going to try to run once a week---even though I was sweating like crazy.

I can't go seven days strait working out without taking a break. I think I will take one tomorrow. I'll see how I feel!
