I am not sure what workout I will do today???

Cheryl great workout yesterday! Hope you felling better today! I am really happy to have my car and internet! I am still waiting for my boxes!!

Amelia sorry you are still sick! Poor thing! Get better soon! Mkae sure you get lots of rest!!

Laine how was your dinner last night? I went to a dinner party last night, I did really good! I don't eat meat, so I ate only fish and veg.! I did had a glass of wine!}(

P.S. I know today is Saturday 20!!

Good Morning!:)

DS was up again last night so when he woke at 7, I disappeared into the basement:) and DH had to get up with him! LOL I needed to sleep in...so I did:) I was so mad. I had only been asleep for a couple of hours and he got up, like it was TIME to get up! And DH just slept through it. I must have gotten out of my bed about 4 x's before I sat on the couch, then fell asleep there.Of course, DH as had some hard days at work latley cause they are short staffed and he is walking around like a zombie today. I don't know why we just don't go to be earlier? Every night I want to go to bed around 10'30 and he wants me to stay up...but both of us are wiped after all week! When is he gonna get it?

Im not sure what todays workout will be. I need to do some weight work so thats on the agenda. Other then that, no clue what today will bring.

Cheryl, haha, I didn't mean my comment like THAT! I put on a ab dvd when I got home but I didn't have time to do it. Thats what i was referring to. I know 10 Miles is alot:) but for some reason yesterday I only burned 850 cals, there are times I've burned 1098. Im wondering if DD wasn't playing around with my HRM and has it fooled up!?

Laine, glad to hear your DH is back safe and sound! Did you have a good night?

We went out last night for wings and thats why we were so late going to bed.We have become the real social butterflies lately. Or i should say "I", DH as always been. Nights out will soon come to an end after I return to work!

I feeling a bit better today,i went to see my doctor today and he said I have seasonal allergies,he gave me antibiotics because the symptoms I had all week has turned into an sinus infection:eek: I didn't think it was that serious,just a cold;-).So Im glad I didn't workout all week(well did PH on monday and LIS on tuesday and thats all:-() but anyways he also told me to pick up some clariton and I should be fine! He also said that if I did workout while I was sick then it could of been alot worse!so I probably won't workout until monday:-( it seems lately I haven't been working out much at all,i was JUST sick about two weeks ago:-(

Lori-I too haven't been going to bed on account of my DH! He wants me to stay up with him and watch tv! I love our quiet time together at night but boy is it effecting me the next day....no energy! And WOW on the calories burned yesterday...thats great! no wonder you keep losing weight,it doesn't have a choice but leave!;-)lol You inspire me so much girl:) I use to try and keep up with you but dang its hard;) Have a good saturday!

Hey everyone. We're having a lazy Saturday here. Brian is still jet lagged from his long trip and I'm having a difficult time getting Ewan to play somewhere besides my lap. I figure he's old enough to spend at least part of the day playing on his own. Good grief!

Last night we ate at Johnny Rockets at the mall (if you don't have those it's like a 50's style diner). I confess I had a hamburger and fries. I tried to make it better by getting it with no mayo and no cheese, so it could have been worse, I suppose. I also thought I just wasn't going to eat much of it, but I ended up eating most of it anyway. In my defense I hadn't eaten much the rest of the day, but I still dipped into my weekly points. I guess I'd better watch myself the rest of the weekend, though.

Right now Brian's playing on his Xbox 360 though I've tried to do some gentle encouragement for him to go out and get me the new barbell set I want. I might have to go buy it myself next week if he doesn't. I'm tired of using his really long 17-lb barbell.

Did I tell you guys about when I went to the doc Thursday? She just referred me to an orthopedic surgeon--so I'm going to see him on Tuesday. He can do X-rays in his office so I guess that will probably be what he does first.

Belinda, have you decided which workout to do today? I'm going to do the cardio from the new 4-Day Split: Lower Intensity Step and then the weight work from 4DS: Boot Camp.

Amelia, I have Barry's Boot Camp but I actually haven't tried them yet. I know, it's nuts but I have so many DVDs I haven't tried yet that it takes me a while to get around to new ones (I'm not buying any more for a while because I've got a few preordered now that are coming soon).

Lori, sorry to hear you didn't get much rest. I know how that can be! I'm actually the one who usually wants to stay up too late--when Brian is out of town I tend to stay up way too late. But when he's playing his Xbox he stays up pretty late without my influence (like last night).

Amelia, hopefully the antibiotics will help. Don't feel bad if you can't always work out--it's important to take care of yourself when you're feeling puny!

Cheryl, hope you feel better soon as well!

OK, gotta run try to get DH to do something besides play video games (but trying not to nag).

Hi, everyone! Still not feeling great - so it took me a long time to work up to my workout but I got in 55 min. of cardio on the TM. It's enough. Closing in on an entire week of perfect eating and workouts, so I'm happy about that.

Lainie, I'm sure you could afford the hamburger and fries once in awhile, and you did keep track of your points. So it should be okay.

Lori, tough to not get a good night's sleep! Let us know what you choose for a workout today if you feel up to it.

Amelia, I'm glad you're on antibiotics. I've wondered if I should be myself. HOpefully this crud is going away soon.
