Belinda, good job on the workout! Sounds like it was a goody!

Im going for another run today. I thought we were suppose to get rain all weekend but now its calling for sun! Yippee!!!!

Had my girlfriends over last night for Greys and some snacks so I need a long run today but they scale did read 120.9 today:) VERY happy with that!!!

Im so Glad its friday...yipee! Im not sure what workouts Im doing today! BBC came in the mail yesturday so Im going to preview that! I may just stick to PH am then a pm power walk!

Belinda-wow,Great job on your workout!

Lori-I also cheated last night,well I decided my dinner was going to be my cheat meal-had pizza:9 -I think everytime I have a cheat meal its pizza,LOL! Grey's is the one with patrick dempsy on it,right? I've got a friend that is in love with that guy,lol! Have a great run! and congrats on your every-so-moving-in-the-right-direction scale! ;-)good job!

Lainie-how's Ewan this morning,I hope better! Hows the ankle?

I think Im going to purchase a super nice scale this weekend....Im going to have to stay off of it everyday though-may just weigh-inn every other week! My other scale just wasn't right-even my DH said it was loopy!(it would go down and up at the same WI)

Hello Ladies! I hope you don't mind me joining your group, I have been a lurker for some time now, so I feel like I should just bite the bullet and hop in.

I don't strictly follow WW, but I have in the past. Right now my stats are 5'3 1/2", and my weight is hanging around 119-120. I don't necessarily need to LOSE any weight, just wanting to tone up and get some accountability, you know? I had my first baby in March, so I used WW to lose that weight, and BF!

Well, there's a little of my bio! My w/o today is going to be a 3 mile run (I am running a 10k next weekend) and I am going to do the leg work from 4DS. The weights on this new series are amazing. Very creative--I love the 'rounds' format.

Lori--I know you love to run, have you ever entered any races?

Belinda--great calorie burn on your workout! WTG.

Amelia- Have you previewd BBC yet? Everyone raves about those w/o. I am a Cathe loyalist, so i have never 'cheated' on her yet, but I could be tempted. Variety is the spice...

Hi everyone. I woke up feeling kind of miserable today--alternating stuffy or runny nose, irritated eyes, achy. Not sure if it's just allergies and a weather change or if it's whatever Ewan has. Ewan hasn't had a fever since last night, but he still has an icky sounding cough. So we're taking a day entirely in the house today (except for taking Isaac to and from the bus stop).

My ankle is kind of weird. If I do step aerobics or something, it's sort of achy and sensitive for a day afterward but then ok the next day. So alternating workout days is working well in that sense. It kind of bothered me yesterday but today feels o.k. If the rest of me feels well enough I plan to do one of my new Kelly Coffey-Meyer workouts today. Or I might do double cardio from the HIS/LIS DVD because those step routines were so fun.

Belinda, wow--great workout today. I'll use you as inspiration when I get up to workout during Ewan's naptime.

Lori, hey, gotta get those runs in while the weather is good, I guess?

Amelia, I still haven't done BBC. I haven't even previewed it! Maybe I should do that soon. Let me know what you think.

OK, going to go see if I have any non-drowsy cold meds around.

Im done with BBC arms and abbs,I couldn't do the cardio on there-its just too intese for me so Im going for a 40min power walk with ankle weights this evening!

Belina-Yah,your boxes are there! The more I hear of your workouts at your gym,the more im convinced that I will love a gym membership! Enjoy your DOMS}(

Thanks for the warm welcome ladies. This group is nice, because I can keep up with everyone, and respond as much as I can with personals.

I went for my run, it was 3 miles, then I did CoreMax #2. I think I will save the 4DS leg w/o for tomorrow.

Amelia--is the gym a for sure? I loved going to the gym when i was a member. Do they have classes and childcare? I would check that. sounds like a good workout with the ankle weights, yikes!

Laine--ugh, sick children. Luckily, my son has not been sick yet. I dread the day.

At work, better go!
 
Ugh...soooo lazzzzy!:eek: And I just ate a brownie and some ice cream..not bringing me around;) I was a good girl today so I indulged!:9

I was kept pretty busy all day. I went to a friends for coffee, then I got DS ready for our run, had lunch,baked a cake for my mom, got my moms b-day gift, then got her one from dad, picked up cards, dropped off gifts, picked up another gift,wrapped gifts,helped my dad with some unemployment jazz on the computer,made some brownies,fed DS AGAIN,dropped kids off to a restaraunt,came home made dinner, ate it, cleaned up and HERE I AM!!!!!!! Bet your tired just reading that!! LOL
So I ran for 75 mins again today and the funny thing is, my friend was asking me today if I ever get a stitch or if I ever feel like I need to stop when Im running. I rarely get stitches and I hardly ever feel like stopping and walking. Well...I stopped more today then ever! It must have been b/c I had a coffee so late. I had a stitch for most of my run and there were times I had 2 stitches! She jinxed me!!!

Amelia, sounds like you are finally comming back to earth and getting yourself a sensible scale:p Hmm...I wonder what it will tell ya!?

Laine, sorry to hear you are feeling icky! I hope you don't get to sick. Sometimes I feel like I am getting something but then it passes again, maybe the same thing will happen to you!

Carrie, Nope, never done any races. There are only a couple of races around here every year and I always seem to be working. My friend mentioned last night that we should do the breastcancer run next yr,its only 10K, but it would be a run girls weekend with shopping!
I also followed WW's after I had my son while bf'ing. I think its a great program and I will do it again if I have anymore.

Lori, the workout sounds great and you definitely deserved the Ice cream/brownie treat. I hope you enjoyed it.

Carrie, welcome to the group! Cathe will have you firmed up in no time. Luckily your weight is probably already right about where you want it to be.

Lainie, yuck, I hope you're not sick for long. Mine lingered on for a good week and a half. Just now getting over it. Yuck!

Belinda - hope your bi's and tri's are recovering okay. Nice workout!
