I've never tracked this long before. I usually start then give up. I think I am keeping up with it because I am paying for it.

It's free. I was thinking that when I get close to three month subscription being up I may use a different site and/or a spreadsheet and this calculator. I like counting points instead of calories.
It's funny about Step Moves. I find myself reaching for it a lot. I almost traded it. I really disliked it when I first got it. I then decided to give it another try. I am so glad that I did.
This morning I did 4DS bootcamp upper body circuit. I used the elliptical for the cardio parts. I just didn't feel like jumping around but I like the weight sections on this premix.
Menu:
B: oats,blueberries, flax,agave
S: 3 egg whites and a banana
L: 2oz turkey breast,peppers,onions and mushrooms, brown rice clemtine & kiwi
S: light cream cheese and arnold thin, 1/4 of a grapfruit
D: grapes,turkey breast (4oz) burger, am. cheese (1 slice), arnold thin and sweet potato fries. 1/4 cup of trail mix (not sure why I had this. I wasn't really hungry any more just a craving)
