Weight Watchers - Feb to first week of March 2010

Diana - 3 workouts it one day...AWESOME! Don't you hate how work gets in the way of the things we love to do...:p Nice job on getting your weight back down.
 
Yeah, Diana that is great news.

And, I've been printing my daily entries for food and keeping them in a binder for future use. I also used fitday today and see that my 33 pp day is 1700 calories. I'm also keeping my carbs down. I got 140 today which is a good range for me. Im also making sure to get all my water in. That has been lagging this whole week. ;(

Okay, so now I'm even more boggled...

Shereta - how can your 33 point day = 1700 calories but my 33 point day ='s 1212 calories? :confused: I'm going to look at Sparkpeople again...
 
I think because somethings like fruit and veggies have calories, but not PPs. Like my cooked carrots with dinner; I'm having two servings. I gave them 1 pp because there is a little honey sprinkled on them, but Fitday gave them 160 calories. I know they're not that many calories, but I its okay with me if the total is a little on the high side. I have two servings veggie with breakfast, three at lunch and two at dinner plus two fruit at snack times.

I think it really depends on what foods you're actually using that will make up the total calories.
 
Diana: what a workout!!

I've never tracked this long before. I usually start then give up. I think I am keeping up with it because I am paying for it.:confused:

It's free. I was thinking that when I get close to three month subscription being up I may use a different site and/or a spreadsheet and this calculator. I like counting points instead of calories.

It's funny about Step Moves. I find myself reaching for it a lot. I almost traded it. I really disliked it when I first got it. I then decided to give it another try. I am so glad that I did.


This morning I did 4DS bootcamp upper body circuit. I used the elliptical for the cardio parts. I just didn't feel like jumping around but I like the weight sections on this premix.

Menu:

B: oats,blueberries, flax,agave
S: 3 egg whites and a banana
L: 2oz turkey breast,peppers,onions and mushrooms, brown rice clemtine & kiwi
S: light cream cheese and arnold thin, 1/4 of a grapfruit
D: grapes,turkey breast (4oz) burger, am. cheese (1 slice), arnold thin and sweet potato fries. 1/4 cup of trail mix (not sure why I had this. I wasn't really hungry any more just a craving)

This was 28pts.

I have to work this weekend, so I may not be on here to much.
 
Wow, we really are beginning to dwindle. I didn't even post last night, but I was in bed by 9:30. I did STS TB today. In it's entirety. I earned 13 APs. The weather here is damp and cold. I am fighting a nap. The weather is putting the sleepy, weepies on me. I do plan on eating low PPs today to ensure I have a good loss on Monday morning. We have dinner after church tomorrow, so I must be very careful to not sabotage all my efforts.

You and me both, Shereta! I've been WAY over on points all week, I know I have gained this week. No one to blame but myself.
 
Hi everyone!

Just got through with Imax2. I had to modify since my calf is still a little sore but I got in a great workout.

So far I've only had breakfast: 1 & 1/2 cups of Quaket Oatmeal Squares w/1 c 1% milk. That was at 9:00 this morning and I'm still feeling full!

WTH?? I started TTOTM a week early! (Sorry if TMI). You hit 40 and things start going crazy I guess! Maybe I can blame that on why I've been eating like a pig the past few days! (I know I'm still in control of what I eat, but somehow this makes me feel better!)

I am determined to have a good week as I'm seeing some relatives I havent seen in a few months and I'd love to hear the "have you lost weight comment"!!!
 
You know, Stacy, last month my pms/cycle time was way different from normal. I just about mixed the pms part in its entirett; you know, almost no symptoms. Its so weird. Good luck next week.

I did Hiit 30/30 today. I thought i was going to die a few times. I only had a little time before it was time to get ready for church and wanted a good workout. I really pushed myself and walked away feeling pretty smug because I used an 8in step instead of 6. Go, Shereta, Go. Shereta

we had dinner after church. I might have to use my weight from today cause I'm scared what the scale will say tomorrow morning. here's my menu.

B. yogurt, almonds
s. banana
l. broc/grape salad, crouissant, chicken salad, small green salad, apple pie
s. apple pie, broc/grapge salad
d. 2 croussiants w/chicken salad, apple pie with ice cream. It was all good.

Not sure what tomorrow's workout will be.

I sure miss all the normal posts on this thread. I hope everyone's staying in this fight of better health, fitness and smaller clothes size. I know it gets hard sometimes to stay on track, but we cannot give up on our goals. Everyone here was so motivated and determined a month ago. Even if we get off track, its still good to be accountable to others who are fighting the same fight. So, I hope to see some more posts tomorrow.
