Weight Watchers Check In- Monday 11/13

jane: WAY TO GO!!!!! What an awesome calorie burn! Cardio Fusion is starting to scare me! Maybe it will sit for several more weeks! ahhahah

Snoozed a bit, but not as long as I would have liked. Oh, well, there's always later. Oh, that's right, DH just stripped the bed and wants to flip the mattress (it's king sized)x( x( x( x( x( !

Anyway, snacked a bit. I found some organic seed crackers at the health food co-op this morning and they were very tasty, especially with some soy cheese!

Now what???

Sandra- I am sorry that your germies have NOT left the building yet! I am still sniffling a bit, but it's residual. I also get really bad pressure in my ears when I have sinus "issues". My left ear is the "problem child" for me! I am sending you lots of "P90X" vibes.....!!!!

Claude- I am glad that you were able to get back to your date with Sean!!

Not much else going on, here. DH just announced that he'd like to go to the local outlet mall tomorrow. We have been wanting to do that for several weeks, but health issues interfered!

Later!!!

Traci, I'm 5'5" and very small boned as well. I think we've talked about that before (at least the 5'5" part). I can also definitely go to 118 and still be in range. In fact I ran my best marathon at 112-113, but that was dang skinny. (but I loved it! Getting to 112 again would definitely be a vanity goal)

More later,
Cheryl

After reading all your posts about size and bone structure, I looked it up this afternoon (and the posts about Cedie's body type). It took me awhile to find a site that asked questions and determined your body type. I found out today that I am an Endomorph (thanks Mom x()with some Mesomorph (thanks, Dad ;)) tendencies. I am almost 5'9" and large boned. I started thinking about it after being sick last week and pondering changing my workout rotation. It turns out that by sheer blind and dumb luck, I hit the nail on the head when it comes to a recommended rotation for my body type.....moderate weights, high reps (2 days/week) and LOTS of cardio (4-6 days/wk).
This is my first week of trying this. I am doing full body weights on Friday and Sunday, rest Monday and the rest is cardio.

Amy, I wouldn't call it sheer or dumb luck - just intuitive sense about what works best for your body. Don't sell yourself short! :)

xoxoxo,
Cheryl
