Weight Watchers Check in - Monday 10/16

{{Corinne}} I wish I could say something inspiring, but just know that I will be praying for your family.

OMG Traci, you just made my day LOL!! That's so helpful to hear!!! And I am trying to stick to healthy foods anyway, so even if I go over my points, at least I'm eating whole grains, fruits, and veggies, right? Of course, I'm also getting my "healthy" fats ;).

One more question for the 20-points folks: what kinds of 2-3 point snacks/mini-meals do you eat? I need some suggestions :). I think eating more frequently would work for me, except I'm at a loss as to what I can be eating. I guess the biggest thing for me would be that I won't feel as if I'm ever sitting down to eat an actual "meal," you know? I'm so conditioned to think of meals as: protein, some sort of grain (and being Asian, this usually means rice, but lately I've really come to love pasta), and some sort of veggie and fruit for dessert. Having 2-3 point mini-meals means I can't have all of those things in one meal, and I'd feel a bit incomplete, if that makes sense. But I am willing to give it a go because I feel like the frequent eating will keep me more satiated throughout the day.

What do you guys typically eat during the day, and how do you make sure to keep variety in your eating, so you're not eating the same things over and over? (<--- Another big issue of mine too :).)
