Weight Watchers and Cathe's DVDs

You can enter your own listings. there was a point value for a 'cardio and weight workout" in the list,for 10 points so I used that as a guideline.

You're welcome. Those two methods are usually more accurate and personalized than using the listings in the tracker. I mostly use the HRM method of counting. I find that it's the same as if I used the calculator.

Oh, welcome to WW! I've been a Lifetime member since 2006. I really could not have done it without WW plus Cathe and The Firm. Cathe made a huge difference in my weightloss.
 
Interesting. I don't have a HRM, but it sounds intriguing. Especially because I have been calculating 3 & 4 pts on the Xtrain workouts, which is so drastically different than the 10 pts for a cardio & weight workout on WW. I figure I'd rather start my calculations low, rather than overstate them and then be upset when the weight doesn't come off. For now I'll try that intensity calculator.

Thanks for the welcome! I'm a long long time Cathe fan, and actually feel silly joining WW because I know deep down I know how to eat. But I have a one year old and the final 12 lbs aren't coming off, so I needed to get more serious and become accountable to something. It's been interesting so far, to see where my unknowing offenders are in my food intake. My biggest challenge is finding healthy foods that are super quick. I rarely cook anymore, which is frustrating when it comes to healthy eating. :( I plan to scour the WW recipes this weekend and pick out a few to try.
