Good evening everyone!! sounds like everyone is doing great high five to all of you!! Today I earned 10 AP doing step combo 1,2, and 3 from body max 2 and I did HiiT 30/30.
Today's meal.
B-kashi honey puff cereal with half 1% milk
L-2 multi grain rice cake with natural peanut butter, and shake with banana, blueberries, and 1/2 cup 1 % milk
D-1 cup Chili with 7 FF saltine crackers.
S-Baby bell cheese, 1 cup of v8, 1 Weight Watcher dark choc. raspberry ice cream and a glass of wine. I have a glass every night So my total DP is 35
