I'm planning on doing a half ironman late this summer and with all of the cardio my plan has I'll only be able to use your strength videos and coremax and stretchmax.
My question is, right now I'm going heavy and trying to build muscle. Feb 12 is when I start training for the triathlon. According to my books, once I start this training my weights should go lighter and more reps, which is fine, but I was hoping to include bootcamp and the HSTA and the HSC. Can those be considered my weight training or is there not enough reps and they're more considered stamina? I use the same weights you do.
