I am happy to report a loss of 1 pound! Things seem to be going well for me - even with this week being the worst one before TTOTM!

Katie, well done for losing a pound especially before TTOTM ! :eek: :D
TTOTM is now over for me (THANK GOD !), and I weighed myself this morning and I have lost a pound !!! It must be a fluke.....:eek: Anyway, I am not going to WW's weigh in tonight as I have too much to do.

Well, I knew SOMEONE was having a good week because this post usually isn't up until the end of day!!

Well done Katie and Anna!

I'm pleased to report that I lost last week's mysterious 3lb gain + another 1 lb. A total of 4lbs!! :) :) :)

Hoping every else had a great week!

Anyway, I did not do that great over the weekend but still not that bad. I keep forgetting to weigh but I don't think I have lost any anyway. Oh well, maybe next week. The best thing is that I am enjoying my workouts again. There for a while it was all I could do to make myself do anything.

Hi Kelly.............

Donna was ducking low! :( I didn't even measure this week! I've been eating like food is about to become outlawed in an hour! I am so bloated from salty crap it isn't even funny! I'm days away from TTOTM so you'd think I'd at least try to cut back the "salty pleasures" but NNNOOOOOOO! I don't know what's wrong with me some weeks?

But I have been checking in here and I see everyone doing soooo well, and that's good, God knows I need to live vicariously through you guys this week! :)
But I'm off the stuff as of tomorrow morning! I can't say today because hubby and I have already done damage, but tomorrow is a new day plus I'm cooking the rest of the week so I'll have a handle on things. :)
If I'm feeling less bloated by the weekend I may try then and post a quick update, but I'm not looking for any miracles here this week! It's been pretty ugly!

It must be in the air. I have been starved and have wanted to eat everything within my reach. I have resisted for the most part but it is so hard when you want it sooooooo bad! I have felt swollen also but I have had a few chips here and there:9

Next week can be better if you make it. You are in control of yourselves. It's hard to do and remember sometimes, but take charge and do whatch gotta do!

I maintained this week. Looks like I at least got back to pre-Disney World weight. I started a new job on Monday, so I'm not eating snacks throughout the day like I used to at my old job. I have not had time, nor do I have any snacks available at my desk! And the kitchen w/ refridgerator is two floors up.

Can I join your group? I have about 20 pounds to lose and am on Weight Watchers. I am also training to run a 1/2 marathon in June (hopefully the training will help). I am an avid Cathe fan and have lots of her tapes, too.

So, what's the criteria for the group? What days do you weigh-in, etc.?

Hi Marcia!

Everyone is welcome here and there really are no rules. Someone starts the post on Monday and we report on how our week went.

We are folks that hang out at Cathe's and provide support to each other in achieving weight loss goals (whatever they might be). Some of us are doing it 'on our own' and pick our weigh-in day (usually towards the end of the week I think). Some of us are part of an organized group and go with whatever our regular weekly weigh-in day is.
